Very cooperative staff, and skilled and experienced doctors.The problem is with the administration.U have to run here and there while your ongoing treatment.Receipt on one counter, payment on other.Reports on one and so onn.The worst part of the whole hospital is its pharmacy.Its very very slow.For buying a set of medicine you have to wait for an hour.Pharmacy needs to improve.Its a hectic job to buy medicines from there.Rest all is good.P.s - Try Dosa in the canteen on the first floor. Its delicious.

WORST HOSPITAL!!!It was the first time I went to this 3rd Grade hospital with my 1.5 years baby boy having some serious injuries in his head but no doctors available. That cheap and illiterate receptionist was gossiping with the guard but no attention towards the patient. When we started shouting on them after 2 hours of admitting the kid, they called the doctor.Guys this is the business strategy of this hospital. They will keep your patient throughout the day and at last will ask you to take your patient to somewhere else.No medical tools were there, no doctors were available and nothing. If you have someone serious then take your patient to Jabalpur or Nagpur but not this birla hospital or else they will just make money from you for at least of a day for nothing.
