Very poor services. I have been trying to update my account since two years from Minor to Major and they always lose the documents. Dont give the proper response.

This bank can closed my account without given any indication and also debit my amount of 1445 for giving reason your kyc not completely, but i am done biometric kyc after opening my account and my debit card is also blocked. what is this?
