Officially, this happened to be our first coffee shop of 2021 that we visited on our way home from countdown staycation. Kinda astonished that people already filled up the space and seemed to enjoy themselves with a variety of their own beverages. Cozy, woody, and Japanesey was what I immediately felt upon arrival. My chosen one was non-other than the refreshing orange tonic that merrily kickstarted my day. Looking forward to coming back soon.
I felt impressed this cafe shop where I wanna to drink hot espresso for long time. So, I tried hot espresso which medium roasted from Northern of Thailand such as pangkon ( the best coffee bean from Chiangrai). It was served with sparking water so, you should drink sparking water before you drink hot espresso coz you will get the real coffee bean. I got this detail from khun ball who is the best and nice barista. Also, khun ball who has service mind and has bright future in coffee area. Also, I like modern and chic style with good ambience. Furthermore, social distancing and good protect from covid-19.
I’ve been here like tens times already, coffee here is superb, good vibes, people looks goods. My fav drink is orange tonic coffee, It’s a bit sparkling and sour, with nice coffee taste. Croissant here is very fancy, it tastes very good, i like it, i think its better than Maison Eric Kayser. Bear claw or someday there’s choco banana croissant is a-must to try.Recommend!!!!
The coffee was always good in standard of roots. You can find specialty coffee here and menu of the month depended on the season. The pastries were also tasty and good smells. The customer service was professional. There were a rice bowl and breakfast served. The place was nice and many people gathered around here.Parking slots were available.
You can tell how many times I have been here from my uploaded photos. Always the same drink / same piece of Bears claw. All bakery are at 50% discount after 5 pm - take noteWhite Cold Brew is my favorite, it is quite addictive - not too strong, not too sweet. It is by far the best coffee for me in Bangkok. It is usually crowded on weekend. Too bad this store closes as early as 6:30 pm, and parking ticket would not let you park more than an hour for free (even with shops stamp). If I can park longer for free and the store opens until like maybe 9 pm, then its a 5 stars with no argument. If you go on foot / BTS Surasak, it is quite convenient - probably the best way to get to, as the traffic on Satorn road is a nightmare almost all time of the days (weekends too).If you bring your own cup, you will save 10 thB for each order
Excellent coffee and desserts in the middle of Bangkoks business district. You can expect both classic coffee menu and their own creative coffee based drinks. They also offer barista choice which is a special drink every month that contains coffee. If you drive, there is a parking lot just next to it or you can take the BTS Sky train and get off at Surasak station.
I have been back each time Ive visited Bangkok and always enjoy the coffee they brew. Most recently, I decided to pick up some bags of coffee to brew myself which I much enjoyed. Only negative was each time that I visited most recently, some of the baristas were somewhat moody, but hey times arent easy during Covid so no big deal.
The coffee is nice both hot and iced. There are a couple of coffee beans to select from. The staffs are friendly. A few bakery selections are available such as croissant and donut. There are coffee beans, bottled cold brewed coffee, and other coffee related products sold here.It is pretty crowded during weekend. Parking lots provided with 1 hr free of charge if stamped with the cafe. Otherwise, 50 thb per hour (1 min = 1 hr). Possible transportations are public bus, taxi, and BTS Skytrain system (Surasak station). The cafe is by the main road.
Lovely place great for hanging out with friends. Coffee is on par to good for just a few selection beans. The staff is super friendly and have a great recommendation, they say beware of crowded coffee heads on the weekend which luckily for me visited there during office hour. Some folks mentioned not to miss the dessert but unfortunately my stomach have no room for that. Traveling there? BTS to Surasak station is a good choice. What to try for the first time? Go for hot Pour Over with your choice of coffee bean or Cold Brew.
So staying about 2 mins away, I decided I will try this early in the morning. There are ample parking lots and the space is huge. Good atmosphere and very aesthetic. I had the nitro brew with cacao chips, I found it alright but maybe I was disadvantaged for not speaking Thai; recommendation is important when it comes to coffee so maybe next time when Ive learnt conversational Thai, I will come back and have a chat.
Very nice coffee. I ordered white which was similar to latte but a bit stronger. The coffee smelled nice and the atmosphere was also very minimalistic. The wifi was fast so I spent an hour there enjoying my coffee and worked a little on my ipad. Please mind that righf now there arent many seats due to covid-19.
Excellent coffee near the Surasak BTS. Parking lot, but only 30 minutes free.
Love it here, good coffee with reasonable price, good vibe but can be a bit too crowded during the day
Good coffee and parking is available. Those 2 combinations is already good enough to make you want to come. The roasts are good and taste is consistent
House blend espresso was fruity (slight acidity) as described. The featured blend was rich and chocolate as described (happens to be my personal favourite profile for coffee). For baked goods, we grabbed a couple of complimentary fruit (and cheese?) biscotti and a blueberry and cream cheese escargot/croissant. Not like an awesome bun but the flavour was spot on. Convenient (near BTS) and pretty coffee haunt.
Coffees great. But deducting a star because its just my personal preference, my cafe should have a charger plug. Roots doesnt.
House blend flat white here gives a true sense of coffees body. One of the top flat white but Sunkiss cafe, that is also using the same supply of coffee beans, can tweak the taste a bit more intense and better for flat white.Cafe is also at the prime location of BKK CBD, easy to reach during the hectic workdays or calm weekend. :-)
Good coffee and snack but no power outlet for laptop
Roots has new menu every month as Barista choice :)...worth to follow krub
A new outlet opened on Sathon Rd. Very convenient location with parking space. The coffee here is one of my favorites in BKK.
Cafe Hopping BKK
Modern coffee shop with additional menu from the other branch,Thonglor. They have a coffee with ice- cream ontop here.
Vanilla coffee float was yummy. But there was a real lack of seats inside the cafe.
I had the cacao nibs for 100thb. it was very refreshing and worth the price.
Love this one!
Not happy with service and atmosphere.I dont drink coffee but cashier dont recommend any non-coffee drink.
Cozy place. Good coffee. Have parking lots.
Great coldbrew, very convenient location
Good Coffee and nice service but very few seats.
Nice coffee shop
Delicious coffee with variety in choice //comfort place //great location
Cosy and clean coffee place. I highly recommend the black coffee with orange.Came for a business meeting and it was quiet enough for us to have a pleasant conversation.
Very cozy place to taste local-sourced coffee. The location and the whole shop vibe is the best in Bangkok. Highly recommended.
I had the orange tonic cold brew and it was real refreshing. At first, I expected it to be strong coffee contrasting with the fruity flavor. Not at all! They blended the coffee with orange flavor and smell very, with a bit of the sweetness from the orange. Really love this drink. The cafe is nice and relaxing, however, the seats maybe a bit limited.
Nice coffee place, but unfortunately cold drinks come in a plastic cup which is neither sustainable nor very fancy. Therefore only 2 stars :(
Good place for sip a coffee.
Really good coffee
The cold brew black coffew was realy realy great.
Great aesthetic and cosy cafe but their cold brew was not very good
Comfortable modern contemporary space with a great cold brews. The rotating monthly Baristas Choice cold brew concoction is consistently interesting and tasty, and the permanent cold brew items on the menu are also great.
One of the best coffee shop in Bangkok.
Roots rates a wow for coffee, commitment and a cool environment to enjoy their craftsmanship. I work nearby their Sathorn location. Delicious.
Orange Tonic Coffee will wake you up in afternoon :)
Good coffee with cozy ambient. U will love there!! Caution: try to avoid weekend visit.
Nice chill set up. Can choose the coffee bean for your coffee order. 4 different coffee beans was available when i was there. Baked goods was nice as well. Had the sourdough doughnut which was a first for me.
Can I give 6 stars for here. very nice Barista and very good Drinks
For a good mix of urban millennials and coffee lovers of all sorts. Very decent brews behind a sleek appearance.
One of the best specialty coffee shop in Bangkok. Their coffee taste clearly proves it. Location is very good, easy to find. Next to BTS station with parking space. Worth a visit for coffee lover.
Good coffee but rather slow service for the price.
Two-Tone toast and kinako mochi are highly recommended.
Great quality of coffee and very knowledgeable staff
