The www,shopreview,co folks appear to be running a SCAM. After one month post ordering a pillow from them I followed up with them only to be told they were so busy with all the orders they had not yet managed to ship my item. Given all the other negative reviews online I chose not to believe their story and wrote them a stern email back indicating I would write a negative review online and ask my credit card company to reverse the charge. Withing minutes I got an email SAYING they would request a refund which would need to be approved...I dont trust them at all....its like even the names of their support consultants names appear to be made up to appear soft and woolly Rachal Moore ...more like a chop shop in the outer asteroid belt - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE FOLKS!!!

Very bad Service They Dont Have Good Billing system that cannot cancel or update the order if we change our mind they will force you to buy the product if you wish to cancel something than will force you to buy something of same value.Toy Land is Far more cooperative in billing
