This will help us for similar kind of initiatives in our Company and out of the fence initiatives for our business partners. The lean shop floor, organized layouts, implementation of Green and Lean practices are really appreciable. It is my pleasure to appreciate that even if with the small size of business CMD Mr. Shirish Khutale making effort for gender equalities. Most of the operators at shop floors were these ‘Durgas’ from nearby areas. When people keep talking about women empowerment in debates, on social media, press Mr Khutale has really implemented in place far away from Mumbai / Pune. The efforts taken to overcome tobacco addition for some of them is really inspiring.Well organized set up and team, we experienced reflection of leadership at every level with the team during our visit.On behalf of Burckhardt Compression India I wish Khutale Engineering a great future ahead and good luck.

Khutale Engineering, Satara !!! Its founder Director Shirish Khutale is a old time high school friend of 1967 batch from New English School, Satara !!! We fellow classmate friends of his foresaw glimpses of a down to earth visionary in him in highschool days itself !!! Now almost 51 years later & reading in print & social media about umpteen awards bestowed on him for environment protection, scientific work assembly layout & worker friendly atmosphere in his industry, were compelled to visit his industry on 21 Oct 18 & were impressed beyond words to narrate his achievements !!! Just to mention few of his achievements, his entire industry runs fully on in house produced solar power & contributes the excess power to the national power grid !!! In addition, he has achievement impressive gender equality by empowering village women in his industry !!! We are proud of him as our earstwhile school friend for his success !!!
