Delivers as always. I went for school supplies less than a week before school starts and the shelves were well stocked and almost all the products I needed were available at sale prices. I asked a Rep to check stock one one item and they were out of stock, then they let me know both other locations in the city had lots available. Great customer service as always.

Disappointed 3 times. 3 strikes and that is all for me. I really liked this store in the past it was very helpful and educational for me. Things have changed. This is my last experience with them.I had a cell phone; it had a liquid screen saver from Satples - I loved it. In March i got a new phone; so right away I took it in for a liquid screen saver. My screen saver is now peeling off??? (liquid doesnt peel).I went in find out what is going on. They said there is nothing they can do. They dont want to look back to see if they put on a liquid saver or this one that is peeling off. I think they charged me for a liquid one but they dont want to look at the bill It could be for any phone They cannot tell [another way of saying that I am lying to them] .I have used Staples a lot. I have tried to stay loyal, but now yet again another mistake (wrong screen saver at the very least) and the accusation that my words cannot be trusted. It is time for me to move on. My girlfriend ordered a desk online from this location, the order was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. Needless to say based on the 1 star rating the desk was not delivered on the Thursday, which was annoying but not terrible the 1 star part was that they put a delivery window of By 8pm and when she tried to contact them they told her it was still in Calgary and they couldnt help even though tracking said it had arrived in Saskatoon. I called and got this customer service agent who claimed she would send a request for a delivery window and that we would receive an email with more info well that wasnt the case never got an update or any real information. so my girlfriend was force to clear her ENTIRE day to wait for a desk delivery with a 12 hour window. literally the worst management of a delivery I have ever experienced from a store and the lack of customer service was a joke no-one knew anything or made an attempt to find anything out. its a small wonder why people order from amazon etc. at least then you can get a tiny amount of useful customer service not no customer service at all and a general lack of caring. Perhaps management should invest in a course on basic customer service then they might be slightly useful to their customers.Update: The desk was delivered Left on her doorstep without so much as a knock. my girlfriend is 53 the desk weighs over 100lbs. how on gods green earth do they expect her to move this in down the stairs to her basement suite, every other company I have dealt with in my life has treated furniture deliveries different then parcel but from reviews I have read and my personal experience I have come to the conclusion that this staples location has no regard for customers we are just annoying people with money to them. I strongly recommend that you go to a different staples if you want to be treated with respect because you wont get it here

I only come here to print stuff off so those services are handy.

When here 3 times and been disappointed the whole time. Prices on the items are different from the price in the system. Had posters printed, they told me monday would be latest. One whole week has passed by and no phone call, finally decided to go in person since nobody was answering the phone. Turns out my posters was already done, no apologizing, acted like everything was ok. Never going back here ever.

Very nice people and very helpful espasaly the person who repairs computers he is the only one we go to.

I have bought an air-pods a few week ago.Unfortunately, It is a low quality product. Some functions don’t work properly.

Great place for getting table accessories for cable management, organisers, fancy notebooks and electronics (the best). I love it.

Staples is always a good place to get your regular and not so regular office supplies - folders, notebooks, assorted pens, binders, photocpy services, tech supplies, office furniture. They have many computer chairs and tables. I also go to their Clearance display where the items are always very interesting !! One of my favorite area is right as soon as you enter, they have a table display of various notebooks, mugs, etc. that are novelties! I always look forward to checking that out. They give you credit if you collect AirMiles. And even if we really cannot travel yet, we can rack-up the points, and use them later once traveling is back! I just wish they had more staff available. When you need one, you have to go either in front, or way at the back door to wait for someone to come out. Staples is a pretty safe place to shop. I never felt uncomfortable shopping there!

Staff is nice, and store is clean and well laid out. My only gripe is that the print stations have very clunky controls, especially when printing from a mobile device.

I like Staples most days. Maybe though opening up a second till would be helpful when there is a line up to the back of the store. Opening up the second till will tell customers We respect your time . Having the one till tells people Ya we just do not care. Wed December 30th

Went for a WiFi speaker. I have vision issues and the sales associate handed me a clock radio. Returning it was tedious .Even though I explained the error at no time did the three staff involved in the return attempt to find me the appropriate product.

Great selection of what office supplies youre after, more expensive then other stores since a good amount of office supplies you find in here for the high price you can find a lot cheaper at other stores. Were happy we found our chalk markers, so were happy for the most part.

Really poor service, one grouchy lady working and a line up to pay. Lots of employees walking around but not smart enough to see a line up, I guess. Also, they instruct you to go online to shop. So I guess I will. Mask are mandatory but they do supply them...well I came back ...huge mistake. No changes..wanted 100 sheets printed. Not really thick paper either..charged me 77.00 WOW. PLUS ..2 HOURS wait. Do not recommend!

Almost always my Staples experience has been very positive, and this location does not disappoint either. If I had any complaints, its their phone system and trying to get someone.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. That is because the way customers are treated comes from the top and down to the floor staff.The manager is sarcastic and rude when he is addressed about the lack of service given by his staff. He rolls his eyes, makes childish faces and makes excuses for his staff not having a clue about products. He actually giggled at the complaint I had then proceeded to be as sarcastic as he could be. The staff saw his conduct and were laughing so this is exactly why they are rude and uncaring.Eric is highly insecure and cannot handle any complaints rather he gets very defensive and argumentative and likes to show off to make his staff laugh.It was really ridiculous to take the time to make a valid complaint to the manager and have him react WORSE than the staff.

Always love staples. Ive been shopping there for my computer and documentation supplies for years. Great staff and clean place to find what youre looking for. Everyone is helpful and courteous.

I went to staples for FedEx and there is no clear sign indicated where the FedEx is and the customer service is worse.

Im writing as Im waiting for an employee in the laptop department. Ive asked someone for help, they tried to call someone down. Two other employees have walked past asking if I needed something. They said they would grab somebody else. Its been 30min and Im going elsewhere to by a laptop. Good thing London drugs is next door.

I had a cashier raise her 5 fingers and palm towards me when I was speaking after I had waited 15 minutes for her to call for assistance. She was gesturing for me to be quiet. When I complained to the supervisor, she didnt take it seriously. She was insincere.I usually aim to shop at another Staples.

Trouble w copiers but at least I can print there. Most machines out of order.

Good thing about this is you can upload your file prior to print on their server from anywhere. You dont need to bring pendrive or anything. Although a little bit expensive. But cool

March 23-2020 just got kicked out of lineup at staples on 8 street for verbal harassment to another potential customer !! they opened at noon,,YET a couple of minutes before noon ( a light bulb at staples came on ) and a guy started putting tape down for required 2 meter spacing !! SO I kept trying to explain to the old biddy behind me,, that i wanted her to give me a 2 meter buffer!! she started YAPPING BACK AND DID NOT MOVE BACK (( maybe my message was going in one ear and whistling out the other ear)) so the worker didnt even come back to resolve the issue,,BUT took the easy way out and kicked me out!!! THERE is a lot of IDIOTS in the world BOTH that customer and the staples worker !!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. But a $1.50 per page for use of a fax machine is just theft.

The Manager at the this store was beyond accommodating today when dealing with an obscure request. He went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

I thought the sales rep/computer technicians were knowledgeable and demonstrated that by their discussions with me. They seemed to appreciate my needs and went beyond the usual sales talk to help me feel comfortable with my new tablet

Awful customer service at printing centre this morning.

Brought my laptop in for a super minor fix with the screen, everyone was friendly and all BUT, it took a week for a quote, and it was cheaper to buy a new laptop than to get it repaired! Go somewhere else for repairs. I called the store daily for updates and no one ever answered. Ended up paying $60 for them to screw me over and I got no help. Very disappointed as I am a university student without a laptop for over a week.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional, eating and texting while we were waiting for awhile.told we could get same day photo printing even though we were a little late. Then after waiting 45 mins after we were told it would be ready the staff told us that we arent guaranteed same day service. Dont tell us we can get pictures printed then.

Lots clearance items to save some cash and the staff were cheerful and I formative. All around a pleasant surprise for a boring trip to get envelopes

Had most of the supplies I needed or acceptable alternatives. Staff was friendly and the story was nice.

Clean and organized. Staff however, i always feel harrased for just browsing. And cashuer management is poor, their will be 6 floor staff chasing you through isles but one cashier processing transactions.

I was there to recycle smoke alarms which I found out at the monthly hazardous waste day held by the city of saskatoon.it was easy to do and looked around after though did not buy anything.

Not super impressed with the fact that Ive shut down the machine is an acceptable response to do you provide laminating services. Especially when its still 30 min before closing. Brutal customer service in that department as this is not our first issue there.

Spent the time to call Apple, and they informed me the complete opposite of what Rusty (the manager) had said. If it wasnt for the black Friday deal I would not have purchased anything from this store.

Stood around looking at office chairs for 20 minutes . Nobody offering assistance. Finally had to go look for someone. The chair I decided on had only one left according to stock. The young man helping me couldnt find it so directed me to their other store 15 minutes away. Just overall poor service.

Incredibly frustrating with ordering printing online. Website failed to mention certain prints are not available in house and needs to be shipped in from the main hub but instead of sending items that can be done in house locally, they send the entire order out. So annoying when items are needed quickly and ordered days in advance. Only saving grace was employee in training was able to partially print my order.

Staff are generally knowledgeable here and are willing to help. Their prices are mid range electronics are often less expensive than the other big box retailer next door. Theyre open relatively late too, which is super helpful for students rushing to complete a last minute assignment in need of printer ink, paper whatever their science fair poster needs.

Good place to buy stationary.

They are helpful and prompt in service. Have a variety of stationary products and printing and digital solution. To me, products are a little overpriced. However stuffs are really nice.

I took a binder of handwritten recipes (about 20 pages double sided) to get photocopied. All of the recipes were in a binder in the order they were to be photocopied in. I wanted 10 copies as I am making Christmas presents. I brought this in on a Wednesday and they said they could have it done by Friday. I pick up the order on Friday and only one copy is completed. They say they will re-do the order and have it ready for the next day. I come back the next day and pick up the order. I get home and am about to assemble the books and the order is wrong on 7/17 pages copied and are unusable. One recipe was even copied on the other side of two different recipes. I work the next day, so thankfully my friend is able to take the order to them and explain what happened. After a rep telling her they did their best she asks to speak to a manager who finally agrees to complete the order correctly for her. Now I am here, on Christmas eve, picking up this order. They tried to charge me again and it still is incorrect, but I give up. I can live with one mistake. At least they tried their best. Maybe I shouldnt have requested such a difficult task to be completed.Edit: Now, when packaging my order the man shoved the papers into a paper bag, curling the edges. Not my day. I will not be going back here.

My group had a poster presentation for a class and we needed to get it printed (3’ x 4’) last minute Saturday morning for a presentation 2 hours after printing. The quality was exceptional, cheaper than the usual place we go and the staff was extremely supportive and helpful in helping us actually pull off our presentation on time ... thanks a lot!

I bought some paper here and when I got home I realized I already had paper. I didnt bother returning the paper. You can always use paper around the house. Paper.

Im all for companies making money but their rates for self serve faxing are ridiculous. $1/page doesnt sound like a lot but when you consider faxing doesnt cost them anything but the verification page (one sheet of paper and 6 partial lines of text) its really rather insane. I can understand it a bit for long distance faxes but those rates are $2/page also nuts.I know faxes are so two decades ago, tell that to the government...
