Worst shop and worst service. Very Costly, Staff only makes coustomers fool. Highly cheap quality of product plus staff behaviour.

They are fraud.....their behaviour is good when you go to buy a new product but when you go to claim warranty they provide you duplicate product when replaced.. they demand high cost for any product.Also the behaviour of staffs are rude.They change your parts when you give them for repairing so be aware.

If there is top worst shop for laptop repairing in Rohtas then Shanti computer is on top .Very worst shop and make customer fool.I never recomend shanti computer for repairing . laptop better go varanasi or patna. .Because there is no time limit and tell lie always.Staff behavior is very cheap.

Very very worst service, they are intermediate between mechanic and public,for repair laptop they use to send it to another place ,without proper care and transport of laptop..worst out of worst,;given for repair but they make more problem and charge too much high.

Worst customer satisfaction and highly priced.I went for hdd replacement but owner was interested in making money just by formatting system. He erased my original OS and charged 200rs just for formatting which i can do on my own.Charges are higher than other shops. Same hd i was able to get 600rs cheaper in iplex.
