Decent Vintages section for a small city, typically long line ups and a the occasional waste case trying to count change to buy a can of malt or two make it entertaining, if nothing else.

One of the best LCBO locations out there. Finding assistance which any item is quite easy as there always seems to be an adequate amount of staff.The product selection here is fantastic. Tons of options, especially with unique beers. I love European beers and they always seem to have some of my favs including Estrella Damm, Sagres and Super Bock.If youre looking for spirits or wines, always a wide variety of those as well.5/5.

So very helpful. I had picked up the wrong wine for my friend. I showed a worker a picture and asked it was the same as I had picked up. She said no andhelped me find the right one. Wish I remembered her name. Thanks for the good service.

Great selection of products, but absolutely outrageously awful service. Cashier was very quiet, but friendly despite the manager on duty and other employee. Consider watching their customers better before they decide to make an assumption and deny service.

Depending on when you frequent this or other LCBO’s you can experience some rally friendly and helpful staff?Other times the very same place can be short almost rude? Not willing to service customers?Interesting?How difficult is it to be courteous or helpful?After all why do these folks think they’re there for?Check out person sometimes not even willing to box items and in cases I have seen not willing to help older folks to the cars and help with the box?Then one day you get a very helpful and willing person and it leaves you feeling the human race may actually have hope!

This place is full of liquor and jazz! It’s a house of sin!!!Just kidding! It is full of liquor, as it is a liquor store, don’t know about the jazz, if there was jazz I might go more; but google insisted I review it whilst driving by.Like all LCBO branches prices and products are strictly regulated so their prices are no better/worse than the rest of them. It’s quite larger than the other liquor stores so I assume they likely have a larger selection. I don’t spend a great deal of time in liquor stores though so I can not speak to this!

Cant deny it not nice, just to many choices for a small time purchaser for me.

I bought a bottle of Valpoliccela and a bottle of Citra Pinot grigiot today. Wasnt paying attention, was late for visiting my mom st a nursing home, but when I got home realized I was charged for 2 bottles of the Valpoliccea...more expensive. Not worth my time to return to complain but want you to be aware. If I ever return to your store, Ill be paying closer attention.

It had all variety of liquor available here, Indian liquor are few as compare to others, but specialty American and Canadian are huge in variety options..ALWATS CARRY YOUR ID PROOF to purchase from here, without id proof they wont bill you..

As per the norm, I walk in for one bottle of wine and end up leaving with a case. Staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Its not a fun parking lot to get out of with the traffic leading in and out of Walmart.

Great store and selection. They even have hard to find Canadian vodka like the Prince Igor Extreme Vodka.

Im just a casual partaker of any alcoholic beverages. Went in today to see if they had a wine my wife liked at a restaurant a couple weeks ago and also a maple flavoured cream liquor.

No lineups and lots of room to wander around the store picking out your favorite drinks!

Really good customer service, helpful and quite friendly. The store is also well set up, extremely clean and has a large layout making it easy to see and find what one may be looking for. Overall, also a pretty large selection in nearly every area without being at all crowded feeling like many similar stores. I only happened upon this location by accident but will be back now after a pleasant experience.

It wasnt busy at the time I went in. Lots of inventory on the shelves and was asked if I needed help twice in the 5 minutes I was there.

Needed to return a gifted bottle.. no receipt.. stood by the service counter for less than 2 minutes.. the manager out on the floor noticed me ..inquired about the issue and assisted in processing the transaction.. understandably a refund was not an option but a full in store credit was.. picked out my new bottle, paid the difference and I was good to go.. I anticipated it being more of a hassle.. it was not.. very pleasant experience

I miss the old location which didnt involve the congested parking lot and featured a kitchen area for special events. Sarnias greatest selection of wines and spirits though so you have little choice but to go. Avoid the area in December if at all possible.
