This is our cold old chicken that is supposed to be a 20 piece bucket? Tried calling repeatedly to the store but of course the mailbox is full.The only thing good about this experience is the friendly nice drive thru young man.They were out of sauce, out of plates. I guess out of fresh chicken too.I’ll stick to Colborne Rd. If I ever want chicken. I do though seriously want my money back.

Its ok. Same recipe that they have always had, but the size of their pieces have dropped dramatically. Some pieces are small nubs, but counted as a piece. Sometimes you could be waiting a bit for your food and it comes out to you very greasy chicken and cold fries. We used to get it more often, but have cut back due to the hike in price and decline in portion size.

I went to this KFC to get a meal with my family and I was not disappointed! In the drive-thru, Saja was both extremely polite and informative. She let me take my time while ordering and informed my family and I on the different meals they served that helped us figure out what to order. My sandwich and fries were delicious and hot and my family enjoyed their meal as well. My bag was packaged neatly as well :) I will definitely be going there again!

Ive had bad experience with the manager at one of the locations which made me to not visit that branch. Apart from that the chicken is always good, the gravy wasnt that tasty and the fries were too dry. But since its Kentucky fried CHICKEN, I like the chicken and the zinger burger.

Probably the slowest drive through in sarnia. With 2 cars in front of me a 25 minute wait is not feasible especially for a lunch rush... Actually still waiting for the food as I type this

I dont write many reviews but there is a theme at this particular KFC and I will not purchase here anymore. Everytime you ask for the extra 2 piece they advert for $3 they never have chicken however, if you purchase at regular price they have chicken. Also the new girl at the window is not friendly at all.

The last few times Ive came here theres been terrible service. Just yesterday, I have changed my mind. The chicken was scorching and definitely finger lickin good. If I receive this service again, I will be ecstatic. But yes, I just had great service.

Boy KFC has REALLY gone downhill. The chicken was so small and greasy, Im renaming you to Kantucky Fried Pigeon. Food was salty as hell, slightly burnt, and pop was flat. Oh and that new coleslaw needs to go bye bye. Id rather that green food coloured chemical slaw. Will be sticking to Mary Browns thanks. 🤢🤢🤢

Gravy at this location was just pepper. I like pepper, but not a full cup in one large gravy! Had another issue before at this location with the chicken. It is closer for us, but the one on Exmouth is way better! Will only go to Exmouth location from now on.

Received my chicken . Got home. Ate chicken. Regurgitated said chicken shortly after. Others I know felt the same after-effects after eating their chicken. Will never be back. Is there a rating below 1 star? Health Board should be notified.

Keeping employees without even paying them, after giving them free training then they say you are not the right fit for the job,i am one of them. The head of the staff was so disrespectful that person doesn’t come to front and presents her spoons to talk to the employees. It’s for confederation KFC by the way.

Ordered delivery and the chicken was over cooked. Gravy was really peppery. They also forgot part of my order when I called to complain I was hung up on. Will never eat here again.

Usually this place is fairly good. I recently ordered off of uber eats and got the ultamit chicken box meal. I put in the instructions no sauce on my sandwich and they put sauce. They also forgot the cookie that goes with the box meal. Plus I asked for no utensils and they gave me utensils. They obviously dont pay attention to the details for their delivery orders which is a shame because they are one of the better kfcs in sarnia.

Garbage found in food, Manager told me it was okay. Wont eat here again

Very disappointing third time getting food from here first couple time were zinger twister combos. 1st time no lettuce in the twister with cold greasy fries 2nd time ordering twister no tomato drenched in sauce. Tonight my husband got me chicken bowls soupy potatoes and no corn in the chicken bowls. Used to love kfc but wont be going there anymore not to mention didnt bother offering tray for drinks

They left half my order out of the bag when i went through the drive through. By the time I got back with everything dinner was stone cold. Very disappointed.

I like KFC but they changed alot over time. So becareful salads arent the same.

It’s the second time we got KFC from this location. Tonight we got 2 of their bucket deals for one. Everything was exceptional tonight. Even better than last time—and I was happy that time too. The chicken was crispy, tender and fall off the bone. Not greasy at all.

Everything was top notch. The girls who were working May 19 2019 at 8pm went above and beyond friendly and courteous service. This was the friendliest and nicest experience I’ve ever had at KFC.The food was fresh, and tasted great! Very good serving sizes.I will definitely go there again when I’m in Sarnia. 👍👍👍

Itll get you through a KFC craving. Expect a long, long wait. Theres no difference in counter service vs drive thru service time incase you think either may be quicker. You may want to consider ordering ahead. I really didnt find anything stellar about this location other than the geographic location of the restaurant itself. The food wasnt as good as other locations (I.e fries soggy, gravy seemed a bit different tasting than other locations?, chicken coating falling off). They did have a couple decent-priced specials.

The hot wings are disgusting. You have to have teeth like a bear to bite through the crust. First and last time I eat these at any location.

Went here a few times the first month they opened and everytime the order was wrong. Missing food or double charged. Assumed it was just new staff and what not. Annoying none the less. Thought I would give it another try today (over a year since they opened), asked for a zinger sandwich, they asked me if I wanted it spicy or regular. So I confirmed they understood I was asking for a zinger as the zinger only comes spicy. Got to the window and confirmed a third time I was ordering a Zinger. Get my sandwich and its a big crunch. Turns out that store doesnt carry Zingers and instead of saying that they gave another random sandwich. Would strongly suggest going to Marry Browns next door for your chicken.

Other than the 2 can dine deal, we waited in line @ the drive thru for 28 mins. (Only 1 car in front of us).

Easy to go when i am at work

Staff wasnt very pleasant to deal with. Food was cold. Fries were half cooked. Chicken was so greasy i threw it up!!

They were very kind to open the door for us to dine in even though they had just finished cleaning and mopping the store. More importantly, my passport fell out of my jacket pocket and Komal went out of her way to send it to me. Very grateful for the kind and courteous service we received at this location. Thank you very much to all the staff!

Always a Very Slow Drive - Tru

It is the newly opened location on Confederation St.. This is the 2nd. time in since opening. My wife and I ordered the Big Crunch sandwich Combo , which was great as usual. The young man who served us was very helpful, but terribly hard to understand. Two soda pop fountain taps were labeled Diet Pepsi but both served only water, which I reported to him. The establishment is very clean and food and service great. If only he would speak a bit louder and slower so as to be better understood.

I used my foupon today to buy 14 pce of chicken ,fries and 2 sides. $30.50, alls good till i get home and find they stuffed more than half the bucket of chicken with wings. Is that the consequence a customer gets for using foupon. Over 50% of chicken was wings. Foupon users beware. Think i ll go back to Colborne Rd. They don t do that there.

Wasnt impressed with the chicken and potato bowls. It was like having gravy soup. Not the same as it used to be.

There is no working phone number, the food was all skin or breading with the smallest pieces of chicken. I ordered a family size meal and they gave me no receipt and worst food I have ever had!! Do not recommend!! Their number as of now does not connect to anything.

A bit slow but good chicken

They took 5 minutes to take my order, 20 minutes of me waiting in front of the drive through window. Didnt ask for payment, I told them and paid. The didnt give me the second side for the feast i ordered. They also didnt give me the dipping sauces I ordered or the fries. I had to go inside and ask for them. I didnt see that they forgot the fries until I got home. I understand that dinnertime is busy for them but I am very disappointed in the lack of pride KFC is taking in training their employees now. I am going to take my business to Mary Browns from now on

We waited fifteen minutes while being ignored at the front counter. Then after several drive through orders were taken ahead of us we were told it would be a 25 minute wait for our food. Immediately left. Maybe if we werent ignored for drive through everything wouldnt be sold out. Unacceptable service. Do not go to this location.

Horrible! Went a couple of months ago and chicken was fried out and obviously piece were cut in half. I went for a replacement which they knew was a replacement and it was bad if not worse.No receipt given either time so you get to argue with them that you were even there.I wonder how you get in touch with headquarters as they really need to pay this location a visit!Never again!!

Worst restaurant experience. The quality of chicken was very bad and the employees behaviour was very rude. Restaurant needs to improve the speed of service. I hate to say that but I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this place.

This location is the worst in ontario .. was just there couldnt get my order rite. They dont understand English or can read English running out of items not the best customer service around . Should fire all of them and rehire new staff that does not have long gross looking beards with no beard nets

Gave this KFC location multiple chances just to be let down every time. I normally go after work which is after dinner rush but for some reason I sit for 30 mins waiting on a 5$ box meal. I understand if your busy and doing everything you can you get me my food knowing I’m just wasting gas sitting there for so long . On any givin day that place is crawling with employees that look like they have never even used a deep fryer before . Something needs to be done at this location immediately or it will not survive

Has the Confederate location changed the recipient or are they just making it wrong? Chicken was soggy with very little of the KFC spices and the gravy tasted like Knorr chicken gravy mix. Which is sad because no one makes gravy as good as KFC. So very disappointing.

BoooooooooAfter not having KFC in a few years, we were excited about that good ol chicken we knew and loved. HOWEVER! Our experience this evening became a skid mark on our once loved chicken joints. 6pm on a Sunday, no macaroni salad! Our chicken breasts were chicken wings! What happened to those large pieces of white meat?! Other than not having macaroni salad and substituting chicken wings for chicken thighs, our experience wasn’t a total failure.... we weren’t hungry after eating, so that’s a plus.Anyways, KFC on Confederation, thanks but no thanks. We will be waiting another 5 years before heading back your way... maybe we will try Mary browns.....?Get your “Shish kabobs” together.

Just visited, got the $5 fill up... did not receive the cookie, a fork, or a straw. She didn’t put ice in my drink and no receipt was given. Also chicken bowl had so much gravy I could drink it through a straw.

Went to the KFC on Conferderation in Sarnia...Server was very friendly, but I ordered a zinger twister combo and when I got home it was a zinger chicken sandwich and the chicken was dried out...fries, gravy and mac salad were good. I got my husband a Box meal and asked for honey mustard dipping sauce...we never got any dipping sauce...The server did repeat my order back to me but Im sorry he was hard to understand...I live in Forest so no option to go back!! Also KFC is getting so expensive it cost almost 28$ for 2 meals.And my husband didnt get the cookie either...grrrrrrrr

Went with $14.69 coupon, paid extra for 1 of the 6 pieces to be white, a small gravy, and gave a $20 bill for fifty cents change??!! And freezing cold inside to eat by.

KFC has a great veggie burger, would definitely recommend it.
