Called to ask tor prices for M4 coils. As per provincial legislature we are not allowed to disclose prices over the phone.Really.I am interested in where the TVPA (the Tabacco and Vaping Products Act) this is located, because for the life of me, I cant find that clause anywhere. I smell lies.

I love Vapour trends. There is always something on sale. The staff are very knowledge. You can taste test every flavour and they will help you if you have trouble with changing your units filters and other maintenance. I love it. And for a Vape store they have longer hours than most.

Always out of stock of products. Time to find new location. Many items cheaper online anyways. Wow! People should check out online. Lower prices and shipped to home in two days. Beats making several trips to this store because of them being out of stock.

Nice shop with a large selection of commercially made e-juices (if you want home-made stuff, this is likely not the place for you... I want commercial juice, so im happy). Pretty much every juice can be tested before you buy, so, the no returns policy should not be an issue. Juices are priced pretty high tho... otherwise, it would have been 5 stars because of the selection.

Always extremely helpful. So happy I went here when looking for options to quit smoking. They remember your name, ask you how your day was etc. It has a new look and I love the staff

The blonde lady is nice and very respectful and knows her stuff. Been going there since they opened. Since they hired the new guy he has been very shady. Trying to sell broken vapes and would also not let me have my free e-juice I was working up towards. He doesn’t show a care in the world. He said he couldn’t do anything for me. At the time he told me it’s too late he already rung me in and I paid. He said to use it next time or another day. So I went in and they have absolutely no way of telling if you get a free juice. I didn’t have the text message as it expired and he also forgot to mention that the free e juice expires. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in there. Me and my friends will be taking our business to another establishment. Don’t let kids run your shop.

If you are looking to get into vaping I’d recommend ordering online, vapor trends has little to no warranty and will most likely not honour the warranty they claim

Never have the coils I need and I use the most popular pod on the market (Nord) the staff arent as knowledgable as you might think. FFS, I bet they dont even know who rip trippers is. And by the way Zamplebox delivers to Canada and has nic salts

Bought two juices that were on sale because they were changing the style of bottle .. got home filled my vape and damn near died on how harsh the juice was and realized they were both double labled and expired in 2015. I took them back and was told well thats why they were on sale! And told that really the juice is good for two years after expiry anyways To which I kindly pointed out that it was 2018 and that 2015 was 3 years ago. She replaced my juice with new bottles and told me she would give the expired stuff to her kid who wouldnt know the difference anyways!Never going there again!

**edited review**First time vape owner.Went in knowing almost nothing about vaping, left with a product that I thought would meet my needs.Made my purchase based on employee recommendation including what flavoured juice would be appropriate for me based on being a newbie and a regular smoker of cigs. Felt no pressure to purchase. I grew out of this vape in a week. Burned out two filters, went back today to get more filters only to find out they dont have any. Maybe tomorrow?Decided to check out a vape shop down the street. Found my vape that I bought last week at vapor trend only to find out it was on clearance, less than half the cost I paid at vapor trend. I inquired why so cheap. Apparently its an old product and cant easily get coils for them anymore. I feel like i was sold an obsolete product at a very inflated price.Not a good experience. You gained a customer and lost one in a matter of ten days.I read this place has issues with stock. I gotta go somewhere else more reliable.Live and learn!Cant recommend. :(

This is for the Sarnia store. Last month I bought $160 worth of product from the Sarnia store, including a vaporizer, 3 bottles of juice and a pack of coils. Within 2 weeks my vaporizer broke. I tried to bring it back today, not to get a refund, but just an exchange. The manager refused to give me an exchange. For an exchange it would have cost him $20. By not giving me an exchange, he has lost my business. I do not recommend this store, as they refused to stand behind the product they sold me.

Selling expired vape juice. Refuses to exchange or even talk about it. It was a single bottle of juice. Hope it was worth losing my business. Just order online, its cheaper.

So I just went in and got swindled by a good talker that doesnt actually know a thing about smokeables. So I just got sold a Herova for $135... Big problem there since there $24.99 with 3 day shipping online. Second and only real problem - it doesnt work at all. The book isnt even written correctly that comes with it so the instructions are hard to understand. Their in beyond broken english. This device does not create smoke at all. It heats up at the mouth piece and burns your lips a bit but no matter how or what I put into it - Phyto Skywalker Shatter Mostly - no smoke comes out. My biggest problem is I was talked out of buying a Divinci model I know works very well under the assurance this Herova was going to be 100% better.. Im utterly disgusted and feel like Ive been conned out of $135 bucks. Ofcourse they made sure to announce their no refund policy on my way out Im guessing theyve done this to quite a few people based on the reviews. We have a certain way of dealing with swindlers in a small town. Enjoy the target youve painted on your back.

Refused to replace the 3 bottles of juice that were expired. I emailed the juice company and they sent replacements to the store. I went to pick them up and they acted like they knew nothing about it.

Vape is not life but it stopped me from smoking.

Only down side was that google said it opened at 9, got there and the sign on the door said 10.
