Good people to deal with but the bong I bought there I am not happy with cant even use it cause when I do it just burns my throat been buying stuff there for years! and all they said they can do is give me 50% off the next bong I buy been waiting since April 2021 to here back from magner to let me know if the company will replace my bong

Today on Sunday October the 11th 2020 I was in the Sarnia location to buy a new banger. I found that the price was very reasonable for the quality of the Banger I got but more so impressed with the fantastic customer service I received from the gentleman working. I was there in-between 1145am and 1245pm. I didnt catch his name but my receipt says cashier number 113. Im hoping that his boss or someone equivalent will see this review because they need to know how lucky they are to have such an awesome guy working there 🤙

Advertised same day pick up when ordered online but that didnt happen, showed up for curbside pick up right at noon, one customer ahead of me who was in store shopping for a bong, my order already paid for from a week ago and still waiting 1/2 hour in wouldnt recommend them

Great store. So many interesting things to buy. They have clothes, purses, candles, pipes, papers and so much more. The staff is very helpful.

I have frequented this location since they have opened and send anyone here when they need anything to do with hemp or smoking devices. It is hands down the best shop in town, their owners and staff are all local and VERY knowledgeable about anything they have in store and if they dont know about it they will find out for you! their reply in Facebook Messanger are always rapid when the store is open and they can even get things ready for you so you dont have to spend ALL day looking for the items you need.

Bought a bong from here, down stem was smashed when I got home. Went in 2 weeks later and they still hooked me up with a new down stem. Really good customer service and they stand by their products. 10/10

Good place to get the pieces you need lots in stock. Its very over priced you do pay a huge mark up. But businesss need to make money. If you need smaller pieces like Dabbers or shatter attachments for bongs go online unless you want it right away. Having it right available comes at a cost.

Mostly just mediocre brands. They dont carry top brands Im looking for and the staff has extremely limited knowledge of the few products he does carry. Disappointed and wont be back

This place has gone down badly......the so called management team is a joke whoever this mike guy who owns this place is clearly bind deff and dumb to not see all the issues there ! Needless to say the sad excuse of a managment team Ashley and lynn need to learn how to run a business and a team but on the positive side that shorter girl jaymie i believe is really nice and always brings service with a smile...unlike those other ladies....

This is a great local place to purchase your smoking products. The always have something new on the shelves. Yhey have a lottle clearout sections with bongs and vapes but beware, those products have either a slight defect or a bigger problem so take the time to inspect prior to buying. If theyre out of stock of the product youre looking for, they will give you a personal call to let you know when they have restocked it. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They give excellent advice for first timers in the store and you do not get that feeling of being watched. This is all around chill place to buy your smoking products.
