Karen the owner is a fantastic woman and her staff are always amazing and knowledgeable. I am very particular about cleanliness and they always surpass my expectations. I feel extremely safe there. The staff at About Face are very thorough and take time to explain options + suggested treatments based on your skin condition. Their staff are very warm and friendly. Ive seen two dermatologist in London and Toronto throughout my teens and 20s. I am happier with my results now than I ever was before because I am seeing results after each treatment. I actually live in Toronto but plan my treatments here when I visit family. About Face has the top of the line laser machine (only a handful of places in Ontario have it). Prices are fair, staff are great and Im happy with my results. Worth my drive and money!

Went for a consultation . They told me to wait until the fall. Most companies want to sell you a service no matter what the outcome. The fact they told me to wait so that my treatment would be more beneficial spoke alot about tje companies character.
