Highly recommend Atlas Technologies for all your computer needs! Jason is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I found the pricing to be a little expensive, but all in all, is worth the extra penny to ensure quality work by someone you can trust. I went to him for a broken piece in my computer and he recommended a replacement piece that was good quality for a good price. I will for sure be going to him for any computer issues in the future!

Jason was super helpful, efficient and honest. My laptop stopped working and he diagnosed the issue quickly. When he didnt have the part I needed on site, he gave me options to order it in and recommended where else I could try to find in Sarnia to get it same day. I would definitely come back, and would recommend to others.

I had a virus on my iMac and did not know where to take it to so I did my online search and found Atlas.Still leary about trusting someone I dont know with my baby I was still nervous but I could not even log on to the internet so there was really no option but to take the chance and hope that Atlas would treat me right, fair, and honestly. Long story short after a conversation over the phone Jason assured me he would take care of me and my iMac. I was very pleasantly surprised at the high degree of customer service that Jason provides. He fixed the issues on my iMac and the price was very reasonable. I accidentally dropped my external hard drive and brought it to Altas Technologies. The tech opened my hard drive and attempted to create a partition while I stood there, others were in line and he was answering the phone. He then told me AFTER that he is not a data recovery service and to take it to Seagate. When I took it to two data recovery services, both informed me that my data was deleted at exact date and time I brought it to Altas. So I was charged $75 non refundable fee to have my data erased!FYI - always back up your data if you even think of going here!

Was getting tired of bring my computers into best buy/ future shop to get my computers fixed only to have them crash within a day of them saying they fixing it. Decide to try the small business Atlas tech an I was not disappointed. He gave a realistic time frame good price and my lap top works great again even after spilling water in it. Would strongly recommend trying him over the big business companies that dont do very good work. He also warranties is work which was peace of mid.

The owner does good work and will go above and beyond what you ask. If he makes a mistake hell make it right. If you care about your machine this is a good place to bring it.

Im an older gentleman who struggles with technology. When I was younger the best piece of technology was the water pump we had beside the old barn. Now thanks to Jason and his amazing computer skills I am able to use my computer and talk to old war buddies. Jason also offers great pick up and drop off service. A BIG help for an old guy like me. I just went in to go see if I could get my screen fixed and the knowledge I got was outstanding. I had previously gone into apple to see if they would fix my screen while I was under apple care. Due to a small dent they said it was an accident and would not be covered. After that they said they would charge me 800 dollars. Atlas however told me there was a small fee to just replace the screen and if apple still would not help me they would fix it no problem! Cant say enough about how pleased I was with this experience!

My gaming laptop had a virus on it for nearly a year and i lost interest in it because it was nearly unusable, and none of my friends knew how to fix it so i finally brought it in to get fixed at atlas tech and learned i shouldve done it sooner. very professional and fixed it for a good price havent had an issue since and runs better then ever, i highly reccomend atlas.
