I know ordering curbside service is not the same as doing your own in-store shopping but what a pleasure this experience was compared to my last week experience at CTC. Here I ordered received a call back within 30 minutes and went to pick up my order. Last week at CTC I waited for 2 days for my order to be ready then another 35 minutes waiting in line to pick it up. My PS experience was great. Thank you.

Best part store in sarnia, good knowledge staff . Above and behond

I went in and said I was looking for new windshield wipers for my car. Two guys were there and they just looked at me and said OK. Normally when someone comes in and asks for an item, the common sense thing to do is to help them find it. eventually one of them did. Ive gone there before and they used to be so helpful but these guys looked like they could have cared less about anything.

Great staff, willing to go above and beyond, they really helped me in my need for specific things and suggested alternatives for me and the girl took the time to look in the back shelves for other ideas, great prices, lots of items, thanks

The counter girl with giant fake nails didnt know how to use the system. Rang in my purchase wrong and then just stood there for 10 minutes, doing nothing.

Counter guys didnt know what a header gasket was, scanning the store I found it for him hanging on the wall 10 away. They dont know basic hose sizes. No wonder my wife has issues getting parts for me, they are clueless.

The worst customer service I have ever seen the people that work in this store seem to not appreciate their customers. I will never return to the part source in Sarnia on the corner of Exemouth and East St. Ever again. If youre reading this I would say dont waste your time with with these people as they seem to not care about you or your needs this is very disappointing.

Fairly knowledgeable staff and a good selection of parts. I have started to deal more with PartSource versus their competition as PartSource tends to have better prices and the items in stock.
