I purchased sounlink micro (great product). It was not available anywhere in north india. I called up this store and Mr Suraj resolved that he can take order online and will deliver it to my place in chandigarh. Mr. Suraj walked me through the purchase process and was very patient with all my queries. After i received my product within time frame mentioned mr suraj also helped me with installation and getting started. Superb experience.

Very good service suraj the showroom representative gave me idea to resolve my soundtouch 30/20/10 speaker internet connectivity problem by giving AirFly Pro device which is working perfect.But inly regret is the now Bose company has a very bad after sale service arrangement, which will stop buying Bose product for a person like me who has been fan of Bose items.Kindly look into the matter and kindly resolve the service issues.I will write a mail too shortly to customer care service of Bose.At service center lot of Bose user were desperate and upset for service matters.

Dont buy bose products. They do not have any support system. You can follow up for months, without getting any resolution. NEVER BUYING BOSE PRODUCTS AGAIN. Here the team keeps changing EVERYDAY, and they are just sales people, so they wont care about your after sale support.
Space cramped so couldnt hear music quality. Otherwise products are obviously good

Bought Bose Soundlink Revolve Plus today from this store. The guy was helpful, patient and allowed me to test the speaker with my laptop for editing purposes. He did all that i asked, went the extra mile to support me. I was hesitant at first after reading the negative reviews about this store on Google but since it was nearest to my place, I still went ahead. When I went there, it seemed to me that those reviewers may be ignorant people who dont know anything about audio and just wanted to be pampered as if they staff is their servant. Very happy with the service and product both. The staff also helped me fill in an Alexa contest in which I had to answer 3 questions on Alexa. It was cool. I got positive vibes only. Im happy and recommend buying from this store.

No wonder bose products are best in class but this stor my god, Ive visited here 5 times and the sales executives are such pain in the a*s and they have literally zero manners to talk to a customer. I love the BOSE Saket store, they are soo polite and they maintain their professionalism.
The service was exceptional. The sales staff guided me through all the speaker models that fit my budget and it seemed like they really knew what they were selling. I got to a final model quickly and now I am very satisfied with my buy.
I called up the store to inquire about the Bose Wave Soundtouch IV system. I already have a Wave system and I am looking to upgrade. I asked the salesperson about the availability and any exchange offers, if applicable. Oh my goodness, I could not believe the offensive and abrupt way in which this salesperson spoke to me. Bose really needs to work on the soft skills of their employees. They will loose loyal customers really fast if they continue like this. I could not believe the 2.5 starts that this store rates on Google. After my experience I will state the store does not even deserve the 1 star that I have been forced to give.

Best store I have find to purchase Bose products salesperson is very nice he know each and every details about the product and he also know what products are best according to your budget so not they are selling their products but also their savings time of their customer..
The business hours are until 9pm and this store at Metropolitan Mall is shut at 8pm. I called up before coming here and I was told that it’s open until 8.30 PM. Seems like no control over the store timings. They just assume that no one is going to come post 7 PM. I have taken pictures to prove in my next visit.

Totally misguiding.!! Never visit this store .. i wanted to buy revolve plus portable speaker and it wasnt available in the whole NCR except this salesman told us that they have 2 units left..!! I asked him to block one unit because we were coming specially out here from CP to buy this!! When we reached we came to know they didnt have any piece already and they lied that it was sold within 30 minutes till we reached.. we asked them to show the bill or any record of the sale too but they refrained!! Moreover the salesman didnt have any etiquettes of talking, showed very negative attitude and no sense of commitment.. need to shut down the store !! Looser
