Do not ever call on no. Provided the person other end is very rude and didnt bother about customer satisfaction... when I call them for train delay enquiry they simply say that this no. Doesnt belong to enquiry and if you need to know come personally..(how could it possible if a person is about 2km from station) he also said dont ever call in this no.This is the service provided by railway.
