Very good quality as well as traditional taste in all products I purchased. I am very much surprised about the packing since it is very important for the snacks which can be used for a few days with air tight and safe. Please keep going on and request you to introduce more traditional items which are famous in our South Tamilnadu.

Really my family enjoyed the delicious sweets and snacks from Sweetkadai. I have tried Tirunelveli Halwa, Nagercoil Banana chips, Vazhapoo Pakoda, Kovipatti kadalai mittai, Jackfruit Chips and many more. I got the package at my door step within 24 hours!! I am gonna try Parupu Podi, Raagi Mix and Kambu Mix soon!! ;)

Pathetic. I placed an order a month ago. I didnt get it still. After n number of calls I reached out to them and they cancelled my order and they promised that Ill get my refund within 5 business days. Its been a week and not yet received the refund yet. Totally disappointed. I am trying to reach out to them still.

Update - They managed to get my order delivered after lot of struggle.Overall all items were packed in a good air tight plastic pouches and was fresh except for Bannana chip.My suggestion is they should not take orders online if they cannot ship or have more proactive customer support.My main concern still remains that order was done and no communication for 8 days, this time due to Covid Lockdown can bear this ordeal.

Pathetic Expirience :1. First time ordered , the order did not get through but money got deducted , problem wasnt on my banks side but on sweet kadais. Emailed them and they confirmed no payment was received.2. Ordered second time for hefty price. Order shipping got late the box reached me in torned pieces3. I got the status that the order was partially shipped ... unsure why .. kept mailing them but no response. When order arrived it had cookies worth 300rs missing4. Again emailed them but no response5. Products received are of low quality . Oily , extra sweet , no good quality ghee there is a smell to it had to throw off some because of bad smell6 . Whatever they display on their site the actual product receives do not match the expectationOverall They are unprofessional , do not care about customers . I have ordered halwa(for special occasion) on 25th March before 3 pm. As per sweet kadai policy it should be shipped by the same day but due to limited quantity they shipped on 26th. Product got delivered on 29th 7.00 pm. Professional courier took 4 days to deliver it to chennai. (After my special occasion ends)Now days Amazon delivering products within same day or next day itself but professional courier took 4 days to deliver the product from thirunelveli to chennai. very pathetic courier service .Sweet kadai my feedback to you , if u want to succeed in your business work with your logistics to speed up the delivery because its food and perishable item.I have received the sweet in gud condition but sweet packaged in plastic cover , you should have put it in cardboard box to avoid spillage during transit.I know these things will increase the cost of the product but these are all important for online delivery.Am reducing the 2 stars for your delivery time and packaging. Order no 019700. Same issue of no proper response, followup. My order is delayed, I am getting no feedback from the customer service. I was given the tracking number and left to follow up on my own. Very unprofessional, even for a small business, proactive customer service will take you a long way. I am yet to recieve the products and I have to follow up with the courier although it is not my fault. Ideally you should refund my order, given that these are food items and your choice of courier has decided to chuck it in storage and forget about it. It is your duty to choose a mode of delivery that is safe and on time. I have to throw away the parcel if at all it gets delivered as it has been lying around god know where.

Products gets delivered on time and if any concern you have on product it will be replaced or refund immediately.

Anyone ordering from Outside India but the delivery address is in India - still they charge you in $ I dont understand the concept here - it is absolute cheating!For 1 Kg Karuppati Gift box combo to be delivered in India they charged $51 ( nearly Rs.3723 )I have ordered many items online being Outside India to get delivered in India via an Indian portal or site - but none has charged me in $ - they are making real pakkodha out of us! Are they beyond Amazon or what? It is ridiculous!Even they dont share tracking no or any updates after debiting the amount for days - there will be no response over the phone no that they provided in the site or Whats App. Tried calling multiple times but no response.Finally there was an update saying the item I ordered is not available and out of stock. And I also responded them saying that is fine and to cancel my order. For that also no response from them.Later after two days they said it has been dispatched, so I completely dont understand what they are up to. And not sure what they delivered.Better not to order anymore with these guys and I think NativeSpecial is much reliable and customer friendly than this one.!Strong recommend not to order with these guys friends!

Worst customer service, Ordered Diwali sweet online on 9th Nov and they shared the courier tracking details on 11th Nov and the courier service is also worst customer service like these people. 13th Nov they marked failure deliver due to office address is closed but the delivery address shared was home address. From 14th Nov they marked it as out for delivery yet to deliver and there customer service is non co operative and after repeated call they said they are on leave till 16th Nov. Till now there no call from the courier service and even tried these sweetkadai they are also not responding to call and whats app messages. Please dont order anything from sweetkadai.

I have order some bunch of items from this site on 6th July 2020. After payment confirmation mail, After one week also I did not get any confirmation whether they have accepted the order or they will proceed or not. Messaged the provided ph number couple of times. Finally they messaged after many messages from me that my order will be dispatched soon. I just enquired since it’s going to be lock down from next 2 days in Bangalore, whether the items will be ok or it will reach before the lockdown. Immediately they replied they will cancel my order. No proper response after that. I don’t know whether I will get my money back or not. No other contact number also. Very bad experience with these people. I am a regular customer to this shop but lately their customer service is very poor. I usually order for Rs.13000 to Rs. 25000 worth of goods since I live abroad. Now they couldnt send me the products during my last order and when I ask for refund, there is no proper response in WhatsApp for a week.Updates: I got my refund now which is way lower than the lowest exchange rate and they added 5% of paypal charge which is a rip off clearly showing that you want to take away our money as much as possible. Definitely will not recommend to any of my friends. I think my review really helped me. I have to thank google for that. Your products quality is Okay but way way costly and also try to respond to your customers as quick as possible. Thats the area you guys have to focus on more. So I will give 3 stars from one star for that.

They converted on of my domestic shipment which shipped out from store, they placed a hold in local hub and then transferred to DHL center to ship to a international destination. All these happened within an hour time. Will surly refer to friends and family.
