Very worst shop and worst behaviour shop person. Customer handling is very bad . Lazy for product showing and explain. Dont visit in my own opinion.u feel disrespectful.

Sole F63 -2019 model Treadmill is nice and works really well. Gym quality treadmill at an affordable price.

Very very worst person ....looks like wastage collection shop... Too much cost ....in call he told me to come n visit shop to see the product which I asked but after reached he is asking I have only someother products and forced me to buy that ....dont believe this idiotic person guys ...totally Cheaterszzzzzz

We received a defective piece of afton BT19AH model in month of June 2018. We registered a complain with Mr. Babu, the dealer of the shop. After many calls he sent his technician. That problem he solved but then he added another problem. We informed Mr. Babu again. He gave the time but no body came. We wasted our days this way many times. Two times the technician came only to convince us that there is no problem. We had conversation with Mr. Babu again to take the product back but he said if he cant solve the problem, to the max, he can replace it but return will not be accepted. But when such situation came, he went back from his own word saying that he did not said anything like that. Afterwards, he made many promises but they were never fulfilled. We are still waiting for him to do what he said. I reason of writing my situation is only to make people aware that they should be careful in buying equipment from Afton shop, Kasturba Gandhi Road, Adyar Chennai as they will not get any after sales service. It will only be the wastage of their money and valuable time.Rereview: Finally after about two months they sent the technician and he replaced some of the part. But, I think every product of Afton treadmill has problem in heart beat display. It never displays the right measurement of heart beat rate.
