Yesterday night. i am staying in room. I am really happy for that. HOTEL stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very pretty and cleaning 😍 everything is good. i like this rooms and meantanance. The place was really nice and very very comfortable 😌 ☺ for me.

Decent ambience with Tasty Food👌

Previously it was good... But now worst ever.. no quality no quantity ... Gradually they started decreasing quantity nd quality.. more over prices got hike.. as of my experience in last 2 months. Their is no satisfaction .. its not only my opinion or review, my frnds too

1. Furniture needs improvement. More space but less furniture. Uncomfortable for group to sit.2. They can make kitchen more better. Most of the money is spent on interior decoration, but inside kitchen looks old and dilapidated.3. They should keep uniform for waiters.4. They should provide hand accessible wash basin in one corner of room with soap.5. They should provide home delivery

Worst service. They shouldnt have opened the cafe if this is the service they wanted to offer.They did not provide mayo with peri peri fries. And when asked for mayo, they told that they dont go well with fries. Like wth. When we told that we gonna pay extra, thats when they brought mayonnaise charging us extra for that.Service was damn slow. They took forever to make a burger. We almost waited an hour for the order. Whose time isnt precious?And the worst part, the menu and the pictures are conflicting. They write chicken grill on the menu attaching the picture of grilled barbeque chicken and all they offer is a sandwich which tastes akward.I would never recommed this place to anyone neither will visit this again.I wouldnt have bothered if I just wasted money on this place but I wasted my precious time and efforts in choosing this place.

Pathetic service. These guys dont even have proper staff to serve customers. I had to wait for 40 mins for single vadapav which was rotten. Staff shamelessly agree their mistake for being late/bad service/worst food and reply they are helpless.Worst experience I had to go through at first visit.
