Sanford Value Pawn is definitely the place to go for all your pawn/ bargain needs. Not only do you get the most for your pawn they have great deals on everything you can think of.The best part is their customer service. No Mather what they always have a smile on their face and greet you soon as you walk in the door. Before you leave you’ve had a nice convo and for everything you needed and more.Sanford Value Pawn should be a model store for the rest. The value pawn in Orange City is 5 minutes from me and I drive the extra 20 minutes just because each time I went to that location in Orange City customer service was poor and I got double the amount for my pawn or sale in Sanford.Moral of the story Sanford location really cares about their customers. Not just receiving a paycheck.Hector and Mel always give a great, efficient and quick experience.

We went into Value Pawn with some questions regarding TVs and this thing (allegedly lawsuit?) between Spectrum and Ruku.The young lady who helped us went above and beyond, checking all of the TVs out with us. Hoping to find the one that fit our needs. I cannot say enough about how nice, helpful and just how “above and beyond “ she went even after realizing she probably wasn’t going to make a sale. Only because of circumstances though. I would definitely go back to her and purchase something from her in the future. 10 STARS for MEL, she definitely deserves it.

I purchased a lot from this Value Pawn because they carry a lot of photography equipment. This location is very clean and the have more than the pawn stop across the street. Mel is very courteous and worked with us on the peice so we could get back our merchandise that is very precious to us. Not only that but she took great care in removing our items from the wall where they hung for sale.being careful not to scratch, ding or dent our merchandise our next to brand new merchandise returning it to us in the same condition it was in when we brought the kits in.
