Daughter June and I came in today. June had manicure & pedicure and they did an awesome job with her! I had my nails filled and fixed by Tammy. My fingers were cut in multiple places and bleeding. This has happened at this place before. There was no apology. She didn’t even clean it or wipe the blood off. She just looked at it and kept going.

They were organized and gave me a complete manicure before my sister’s wedding. All of the ladies are sooo nice!

I went here for a pedicure, and in the end I really liked how my nails looked. However, it was the most painful pedicure Ive ever gotten. The lady who did mine did a nice job, except for how much she cut my cuticles. She continued to cut them even after I asked her to stop because of the pain, and continued until my nails were bleeding. My toes were quite sore for a couple days afterwards. Im not sure if cutting cuticles this much is standard, but it seemed quite excessive to me. The rest of the pedicure went just fine.

Coming from a guy, pedicures are incredible. Im only posting a photo of my wifes feet since I cant get myself to post one of my own just yet. We got the deluxe version which was $35 per person. It was roughly 45 minutes of treatment which included all the regular nail treatments and then hot stone treatment, hot wax treatment, extended massage and exfoliation treatment. Combine that with the massage chair and youll have a hard time not falling asleep. This place is better than most when it comes to pedicures. Very clean and inviting with excellent service.

Super super pleased and satisfied! I am sad I didnt get the girls name who did my nails. But she did amazing ! I needed my acrylics removed and wanted them dipped and she did just that! Went in for mommy daughter pedicures, my daughter picked us a polish so we would match but the lady doing our pedicures insisted we choose a different color from some samples...she didnt tell me it would cost an additional $15 for each of us!! They got us in fast, the ladies were nice, but I wont be going back.

They got me and my daughter in on a busy Saturday afternoon. All the nail places were busy we had went to a couple before them. my nails look great. the gal who did my feet was too rough I asked her to not be so rough cuz it hurt. I would go back but I would get a different manicurist

My friend recommended Jade nails to me and I brought my 79 year old mother, sister and niece. We wanted a special experience for my mom. We were taking her on a cruise. The pedicures were rushed and a sloppy job was given to my sister and niece. The lady that did my moms nails was rushed and not friendly it was her first time getting powder dipped gel nails as well as mine. We probably will not be back. We came in at 5:00 so maybe if we had come in early we would have gotten a better experience..

Jade Nails is my favorite (and only) place to go for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I’ve tried plenty of other places in Sandy and Draper and none come close to Jade Nails. I highly recommend Jade Nails!

I have been going to Tami for 9 years now, she always takes great care of my nails and I can always get in the day I call! My acrylics don’t lift and I’m able to go 4 weeks in between fills which makes me happy!

Jade Nails is awesome! The staff has always been very pampering. Heidi, the owner remembers you from your first visit in the door. Tammy usually takes care of me and she is the best! She is quick, detailed and I get compliments on my nails and toes every time. The rest of the staff has also been great. I have been there during opening and closing hours..I have watched them completely clean everything they use. Of course they want to up sale their services, they are making a living. I have never found them to be pushy....unlike many other places I have been. They recognize their return customers and treat them as such. Love them!

Real peace of mind is knowing my nails will always be perfect as long as Tami at Jade Nails does them. Tami is truly an artist. She is always able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. My nails are literally perfect every time I leave. Not only do I love the way my nails look, everyone else loves them too. I get compliments all the time. The cherry on top is the fact that she can dye & wax my eyebrows saving me so much time and stress by not having to go somewhere else to have it done, or even worse do it myself. And she is FAST! I am in and out of there in 45 minutes.

Although I have 4 nail salons within blocks of my house, I choose to drive to Jade Nails. The staff is friendly and does great work. Heidi, the owner, is charming, does incredible French shellac fingernails; Lynn is my favorite for pedicures. However, Ive gone to each of the staff at different times and not been disappointed.

Was my favorite place to go. Lin was really good and she did a good job. Lin isnt there anymore so I had some other ladies do pedicures and gel nails for me, they dont last half as long. I cant justify spending the money here anymore and have to go twice as much. My coworker and her friend also use to go here and they had the same issue and worse. We wont be returning.

I USED to love jade nails. My first two times were great the third I had made an appointment showed up 10 minutes early and ended up waiting for 30 minutes however the main lady did an awesome job at recovering it. Now my fourth time my actual nails were so grown out I wanted new tips I sat down told her that she said oh no I will just clean them up I let her do it she charged me for a full set still!!! So upset. I will not be returning there.

My daughter and I walked in for a full set and a gel manicure. We were helped immediately and the service was very friendly. My nails turned out perfectly thanks to Vikki. My daughter had her gel manicure done in about 20 mins and she loves them. We will be back.

I used to LOVE this place as it was the only salon who really cleaned up my cuticles and got my calluses all scrubbed off. I went back because my feet needed some help after running a lot. I am a pretty simple person and don’t really care of polish on my nails. When I told them I didn’t want polish got told I was “boring.” The pedicure lasted a total of 15 minutes, the technician literally did one clip on each of my toes which left them uneven, and I left with dirt still under my toes. I had to come home and fix my toes!! Complete waste of money. I, unfortunately, won’t be back.

Broke an acrylic nail and came in to get it fixed. Although they didnt charge me for the fix, the seated their preferred customers first and used a completely different color gel and got glitter in the French tip. The lady was also doing someone elses pedicure at the same time

The staff campy understand you at all. My nails were not shaped how I asked after multiple attempts of explaining what I wanted in different ways. My real nail is not attatched to my fake nail at the tips and she said she fixed it, but they were not. My hair keeps getting caught in them. My nails keep separating despite going every two weeks, and I have been lucky water has not gotten under them and allowed fungus to grow. I will not be going back.

Heidi, the owner of Jade Nails, has been giving me manicures for over 6 years now. I have been treated to pedicures by a number of her staff as well during this timeframe and often bring my daughters and have often recommended Jade Nails to other friends and family. Heidi does an exceptional job with my manicures and I would never go anywhere else. Her staff is friendly and warm and it is always a treat to be there and be pampered!

Went in today. Had a manicure. The lady helping me was very unfriendly rushed my nails because a big group came in. I had the gel nails done and she left polish on the tips of fingers I cant get off unless I use clippers and clip it off. She did not file my nails either they keep catching on everything. I usually love going there but after today I dont think Ill ever go back. Very bad experience.

First experience here was amazing. Went back a second time to get my nails done for my bridals - literally took her 5mins to do my shellac manicure and you could tell she was rushing the whole thing. She didn’t give me time to pick a colour, she didn’t do my cuticles, the top of my nails aren’t smooth and there’s little tiny bubbles on most of my nails. So dissappointed!!

Absolute worst $100 ever spent. My cute husband scheduled a week in advance and told them it was for my birthday. When I told them that I had an appointment they just told me to pick a color! They rushed me back to do feet & nails at same time. Would not allow me to use message chair and made me bend side ways entire time as the lady man handled me and hurried through entire service. I appreciate time conscienceness but this was beyond uncomfortable! I told her it was hard to hold my arm across for so long but she didn’t care. I used to go Jadas all of the time and thought it was by far the best! Never again

They are so good! After reading the reviews I was a little scared, but they proved me wrong. Just make sure you make an appointment.

They are so rude and act like you’re the idiot for not understanding their broken english. I had gel polish on my toes and she didn’t even remove it all the way before putting new over the top. So now I have nice black spots showing through the red... never going back. So irritated.

This place is over-priced and they dont do a good job. My shellac on my nails looks absolutely terrible, and my pedicure was literally 15 minutes long. The lady might have massaged my legs for 2 minutes, maybe. It was the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon. I wont be going back.
