Absolutely amazing service! Picked up a signed, framed jersey for my brothers birthday and he loved it! Alan was incredibly lovely to work with and extremely helpful when it came to picking something perfect for my brother. Great store and I absolutely will be back again. I recommend Alan to everyone!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! If I could rate ZERO I would. I have never in my life come across someone that is so rude to their clients. Alan was a nightmare to deal with. After being told that my framed jersey would be done by Tuesday (yesterday), I called them up to confirm pick up today and was told it wouldnt be done till the following week. That wasnt what we had agreed on and Alan wasnt understanding and tried to lie about our agreement and discussion over the phone. I then told him Id like to come and pick it up (as I was fed up with how much he had already messed me around) to which he then replied you can go pick it up from the framers as I wont be going to pick it up. On top of already stuffing me around with not having it done he told me to go and pick it up from the framers home as he refused to do it and was unapologetic about what had happened. As a business owner myself I was absolutely appalled with his tone and how little respect he had for his clients and held no accountability. He is a scum business owner and I have no idea how he still has a running business with the work ethic he has. I will not be recommending his business to anyone, absolute scum!

Ive been here a couple of times to get some memorbillia framed. Prices are competitive and the service is first class. Allan is a great bloke and even better that hes a Melbourne supporter!

Great quality frame, awful customer service. Quoted 10 days for the frame to be done, 13 days later I get a call to say they havent even done it yet. On top of that, the woman running the shop was building a completely different frame to what I was quoted on and shown in store. Said Id have to pay more to actually get what I had originally ordered. Took ages of arguing and hassling to get everything sorted and arranging a refund to have a cheaper frame built. The guy that originally sold me the frame was at least helpful and apologetic for any miscommunication, but the woman I had dealt with was rude and un-willing to do anything about the situation because of their own mistakes. Probably wouldnt recommend.

I have had over 40 jerseys framed by Allan and the team and they have been great every single time! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible!!I took my jersey here to get a COA. It’s taken 8 days so far and I haven’t received a call that it’s been done. I was told 2-3 days.I’ve contacted the staff and all I get back are rude responses saying they haven’t seen him all week.
