Very clean, hygienic and professional. There are air purifiers placed around which provide peace of mind especially during this time.

The staff are very professional yet friendly and warm.

I have been a Belo client since 2009. I have no regrets at all coming here every time I come back home to the Philippines which is often now. Excellent customer service. The clinic is very nice, clean & always smelling fresh when you come in. They’re always number in everything. Name it ( all kinds of laser machine , that even US or other countries , clinics haven’t had one yet) Dr. Guada Capiz, Dr. Ching Villanueva are the best, Surgeons, Anesthesiologist and of course all the staff in Greenhills Belo Medical Group. Referring all my relatives, friends & co- workers here ( not just Filipinos but foreigners as well).Shout out to them ( A very job well done # Greenhills Belo). This was my second visit to Belo. The first was in Makati quite a while ago. Both experiences were starkly different.My Makati appointments were excellent (5 stars). They really took appropriate time with me. First I had a paid consultation. I was so pleased with the appointment that I felt confident that an actual facial/treatment would be excellent. I was right. It was.This time around my appointment was in Greenhills. I had an acne facial. My appointment felt rushed. The beautician did not seem engaged at all and merely appeared to be going through the motions. I have to say that this is the first time ever during a facial that an egg-timer was used to buzz through several steps of the facial process which reinforced my suspicion that she was on a time crunch which can only mean that management have mandated it. Extremely disappointing. Belo is supposed to be high-end but comes off as fast food facials for the masses.Lastly, when doing cleaning/ extracting, she was really forceful and rough. I was hoping that the remaining processes would calm and diminish any pain and redness however the facial was soon over in a blink of an eye and I left the premises with very aggravated looking skin. It was very embarrassing. NB: I did not walk in there with red and aggravated skin.The therapist didnt talk me through much of the facial steps (and there were surprisingly less steps than I remember from my first visit or in comparison to another facial I had recently in Makati). In fact there was little interaction or communication. She did however tell me she was putting sunblock on my face and that we were finished. Great (NOT).This treatment cost just over AUD$50. I hope I am no longer red and aggravated the next day. If so, it would mean my appointment was an absolute waste of time and money.If I ever go back to Belo (and i will have to think hard and fast about this), it will be to the Makati Branch. They seem to care more about what they are doing over there.

Me and my family have been treated at Belo the fort branch for almost 6 months. All I can say is that they have very poor service. Doctors dont care about the patient, always in a rush and only care about upselling service and products.They did a poor job in treating scars and acne. Staff are in a rush in treating patients and goes by an hour time bound. Dra. Jetty Magalona and Dra. Givenchy are complacent in service and are only “Celebrity Doctors” not real doctors who can help. This 2 doctors also dont reply to text messages and really dont care about the patient unless you are a celebrity which is really a pathetic thinking of filipinos.Will never go back again. We are weary now of doctors who use celebrity to promote there brand instead of using real actual results and experience.Will be posting a review also at facebook Belo page. It seems Belo staff are controlling reviews. This is an honest review. If you want to waste time and money with no clear results and no clear progress go to Belo. Also have receipts photos to prove that we did went there and nothing happened for 6 months.
