Well organized, clean, bright, nice staff. Evans station makes it convenient to get to. Pretty expensive for a Goodwill though, and they don’t do tag sales anymore. As of May 2021 senior discount day is Tuesday—55 and older get 20% off.

This is my favorite GW location in the city, not even for the selection, but the staff! Everyone who works here is so friendly, we usually bring our dog in and they remember her by name. Everything in meticulously organized and they have a very good home goods selection along with sporting equipment, office supplies, clothing, etc.

Overpriced and clothes packed too close. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: May 17, 2019Their customer service has gone downhill. I was in the middle of asking the manager if they took a visa prepaid debit gift card. He said no before I could finish my thought and immediately turned his attention to someone else. This made me feel not only not as important but Im wondering if I even got the right information. Someone please let me know if Goodwill accepts Visa prepaid debit cards. As it states on its manual that can be used anywhere debit cards are accepted. I have used my debit card at this goodwill site just fine in the past.I love this goodwill! This is my favorite. They always have my size clothes. They are a small store but they have good quality items. The only critical remark I have is I wish they had more kids shoes and toys. Not a big selection. But a great store overall. Great staff as well. All of them are So sweet!

This is my preferred Goodwill location to drop of donated items on weekends. Its convenient to find a parking spot in front of the store, and then move boxes or bags of items to their large donation bins by the entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always make me feel appreciated and want to donate stuff again.

The first time I entered this establishment. I found several good quality childrens jewelry items. They are not great treasures but good and beautiful. They have many small things for very nice decor. The staff in general very attentive and always in a good mood.

Dirty, all is a mess, not order or in sections.

Shopping at this goodwill is awesome. The workers are really friendly and the music they play in the store is great ! I really enjoy how they have the dish wares arranged by color, and they have such a good selection of lightly used goods, some new items, too ! One of the better good wills here in SF.

Probably the most organized and friendly Goodwill Ive ever been to. A good amount of high quality, like new stuff, particularly dining sets, glassware and clothes (mens, womens and baby).

I went in here recently and was very surprised at the prices of the merchandise. The prices are too high for it to be Goodwill. I might as well go shop somewhere else at least I can return it if it doesnt fit. Parking is still cool and I live in the neighborhood. Im disappointed that they no longer do the colored tags on discount such a bummer. Overall I wont be going there unless I have too. Prices have definitely changed and not for the better.

My favorite Goodwill in the city. Fantastic selection of Halloween/Burning Man costumes. Super friendly staff and KBLX always streaming soul keeps the peeps grooving.

Used to be more reasonable price-wise. Sometimes I now just buy at BB&B despite the bit higher prices, but the merchandise is not used. Since the remodeling of the store, the bargains are few and far between.

This store is very well organized and this allowed me to select a pair of both Lee & Calvin Klein jeans & a few shirts that all were practically new. I love places that make me feel welcome.

Helpful staff, well organized and some great finds! Snagged some good quality name brands (j crew, banana republic, made well) some awesome glassware and nice record selection.

My favorite clothes store in SF. Best Goodwill in the city, incomparable with the others, because the selection is always great. Super nice staff.

I looked at some Bluetooth headphones here priced at $24.99.I looked them up and saw them at Walmart for $19.99.really?This is supposed to be Goodwill.I showed the lady there the price and she gave me directions to Walmart.lol
