Chicken tikka masala pizza was really good, but the real winner was the lamb saag. Naan is very good, chewy and fluffy. I’ll have to come back to try the lamb tikka masala.

Ive loved this Indian Pakistani restaurant for over 15 years. But never had tried their Indian pizza till now, first because I had no idea they made pizza, second because theyve only been offering it for almost 2 years. As my first time dining in again in SF in 2021, the food did not disappoint! The guy who served us, made the food, etc, was super friendly and kind despite the night being quite busy with lots of to go orders and a whole commotion outside the restaurant with some candle vigil with loud music and drunk mourners. The pizza was hella good, samosas were fresh and spicy, the lamb korma and biryani were so tender, I didnt share the saag paneer, but my family didnt share the garlic naan with me either so I guess its even.

Pizza only served at night (and only by the pie on Thursday nights, by my experience). We ordered a medium crust - wish wed gone with thin - way too bready. Tasty enough, but was way more like pizza than Indian food. Too much cheese in my opinion. Crumbled paneer would have been better than low moisture mozzarella. Probably built as drunk food, not dinner food. The chicken dish (I think we ordered karahi and got korma) was quite tasty, though. The place itself is a bit run-down, and not very clean. Service was so-so. BYOB is a plus.

I was walking by store & corner of my eye I saw big pieces of pineapples from display window. It was a Hawaiian Pizza, 2nd favorite pizza. Meat lovers is my #1 pizza. I got a Hawaiian. Looking at menu saw they had a Valencia Pizza. It had sausage, pepperoni, & mushrooms. I live on Valencia Street & got one. They were best pizzas!!!😍 Sausage seasoning was best. I keep going back. A couple times I got hooked up with extra sausage. I asked if pizza sauce was different on pizzas, no same sauce. Crust was perfectly cooked. No raw dough in the middle, not burnt, & toppings didnt fall off while picking up just perfect. Each pizza had my taste buds exploding of WoW!!! 🤣

This Indian restaurant is cheap and the food is good. I ordered chicken achar, which is listed as spicy, but it was more like a medium spice. The service was not too bad, although we had emptied out waters before we got dinner and didnt get a refill until after. Staff was friendly, though. Really good place to eat and service is fast!

My friends and I come here every Wednesday for dinner and have been doing so for almost 4 years! Gem of a find. Visiting a friend in the area, and this is where we went. Friend is vegetarian, I am not. Alhamra has a great selection of both vegetarian and non vegetarian items, with the food being some of the better Indian food I have experienced. Naan was perfect, and all the food portions were reasonable since Indian food can be quite heavy on the belly. Only reason for 1 less star is that it seemed to take an above average time for our order to come out. Other than that, I would eat here again!

My absolute go-to for CTM, naan and basically anything they have on their menu. The main guy, Aijaz and his son Sahir are great, and the wife who is behind the scenes making all the curry bases! While its nothing fancy inside, my friends and I go here practically every wednesday.. byob, catch up and enjoy the family-style meal together. I have only order take-away once, but ordered in person (vs. using an app) and it was a pleasant experience. I honestly would rather eat-in but I didnt have anyone to join me that time.Highly recommend for a no frills but really tasty, affordable Indian meal.

We went here late night based on some reviews we read. We were extremely impressed with the quantity and quality of the food and a very good price. If you want excellent authentic Indian/Pakistani food, then this is the place to go. The chili cheese Nan bread was outstanding, the butter chicken, lentils and curry chicken. I went to a place nearby a few weeks ago, but this place blows the pants of the other one. Shaheer, the owners son, has some of the best customer service I have seen in a restaurant setting in many years. Super friendly and eager to please. I cannot wait to return!

The food came late ...like 35 minutes late it was chicken Tikka ,it was way salty, anyways. The title of Ugliest restaurant goes to this place. Zero customer service, slow staff long wait times for food. Dirty restrooms.

TL;DR: High quality Indian food and OK pizza. Exactly what I was looking for, will definitely order again. The chicken tikka and lamb bhunna were fantastic. They had tons of flavor without being overly greasy or heavy. The bindi masala and lamb samosas were similarly great. The aloo gobi was a bit bland but still quite nice. The meat and veg were all clearly high quality ingredients. We also ordered a cheese pizza because my kids have poor taste in food and dont like Indian for some reason. It was fine, the sauce was maybe a bit overly sweet, but the kids loved it and I think it was awesome to be able to get this alongside the Indian food in a single delivery order.Ill be back for sure. There were a bunch of other things on the menu that I want to try and Im definitely curious about the Indian pizza options.
