This is my father Mr. Edward G Medina he worked for Santa Fe Railroad now known as BNSF he was the greatest man God gave us I am so grateful for my Heavenly Father giving him to me he was loved by everyone if it wasn’t for Preciado Funeral Home for coming my way we would have been still looking for a place it wasn’t only the good price it was the love they gave us during this unfortunate time and even after the service they still have taken the time to message us to make sure that we knew they were still supportive Thank You for all your support

So I am giving this place a four-star. I highly recommend if you are planning on having your love one service here you asked to speak to Ryan he helped my family through this hard time and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and every detail was to our standards. For that we will always be thankful for him. Overall the facility is very nice and very peaceful. However The woman over seeing the funeral. her name was Reyna she was extremely rude to all our guest and made a couple of family members feel very uncomfortable. Not to mention she was saying things right in front of my grieving mother and my mother was starting to get upset This was already a hard time for my mother losing my father unexpectedly. The woman that was helping had absolutely no consideration of the grief she should not be working at a facility like this if she is not going to have a heart so I would recommend if If you do choose the funeral home as a final resting place for your loved one that you request that she does not work or help out at all. Once again she continued to tell people in a very rude way of what to do and what not to do she also is trying to rush us out although we still had 2 1/2 hours that we have paid for for the Celebration of life I know we may have chose a Friday what was a holiday weekend but I do not think that our family needed to be rushed out or feel like we cannot properly say our goodbyes to my dad. I am writing this review because I would like everyone to be warned and everyone to have the understanding of this I would hate for this to happen to someone else. My mother still to this day brings it up and that is the memory that she has is that there was a rude lady there trying to rush her out when she could not give my father the proper sendoff. With all that said I highly recommend Ryan he was extremely helpful and very considerate of everything and took very good care of our family during this hard time. He truly has a heart and truly cares for anyone who comes in and is in this hard time. It is very hard to find someone who Who can make you feel like Your loved one is in good hands Ryan definitely made us feel this way he did everything in his power to make sure he got my dad home to my mother. So for that we will always be thankful to Ryan.

The service was great. They handled our matter with care and sensitivity. Ryan was so awesome and allowed me to be stress free. My daughters service came out very beautiful and allowed us to say our goodbyes in peace without being rushed. Overall Ryan was the best and great person, I highly recommend him. Very unprofessional and rude. They are not nice people. Not caring or understanding with the families of the deceased loved ones. Angela is rude and absolutely not a nice person. I would avoid this place. Dont take a loved one here. Only if you dont care about the way you are treated a like being spoken to rudely and basically yelled at and made a feel even worse at the worst possible time. This is the worst place Ive ever seen. Completely unacceptable. Plus they are not the best priced in the area. To pay more for this kind of treatment. Buyer beware.

The most horrible place to go to for funerals. It’s okay when the want your money but when it comes time to return your call good luck. My mom met with Ralph Angolo for my dads funeral and he was not only rude and in a hurry to get her money but now we can’t get a call back from him. We called 4 times and had to go in the office to get questions answered then got rude treatment from Yessena. We should of went to Montecito. The people were much nicer and maybe we could get our questions and calls answered.

In our time of need, and a very harsh and difficult time I might add, Preciado showed us not only the care and comfort we needed: they gave us back our trust in funeral homes. Our previous interaction with a home for our dad ended horribly. We were completely caught off guard afterwards, and the good folks there at Preciado stepped right in and helped us recover from the blow. Not only did they take our dad in to complete his arrangements, they also showed us so much extra care and time that I STRONGLY recommend this spot! A very special shout out goes to Eddy! Thank you sir!

I have been to this Funeral Home a couple of times and you can not compare it to others that I have been to. The parking space for one is a big area, they have a cemetery for cremated remains which at first glance looks like a garden, the building itself is very nice and welcoming. You have the offices separate from the chapel, a nice courtyard with an area for the kids and the chapel is one of the largest that I have seen. Mr. Preciado as well as his staff are very courteous, respectful and caring. I normally do not do reviews, but when the business services are this good they deserve it. I would definitely recommend this funeral to my family and friends because I know they will be well taken care of.

This funeral home was beautiful and respected all the decisions and requests of the family. They notified the family of any occurrences that were to take place after the service and were very informative. 100% respected the wishes of my grandmother.

I came here to support my girlfriend for the loss of her grandmother. The Funeral service was wonderful. The lady speaking at the podium was very kind and offered coffee to everyone there. She was very respectful to everyone at the funeral. The Funeral home was very beautiful and very spacious. Great vibes everywhere, but unfortunately an uninvited family was there and Ive heard theyve been complaining about the service.

If you want for you and your loved one to be treated with respect, then this is the place. I still cant get over how beautiful the funeral was as a result of the staffs concerns and actions that they took to make sure that the right tone was set for such a tender moment. I am grateful.

When I rushed down from the Bay Area to make arrangements for a loved one who died unexpectedly and very far from home, Rafael could not have been more helpful and professional. He explained their services, and answered all of my questions. Im grateful for the first-rate service they provided at a most difficult time.

A year has gone by since we lost my mother in law. She was visiting from Mexico when she passed away suddenly. The entire staff was awesome. The prices were extremely fair unlike most other places that we talked to. We had acces to the chapel for several hours along with a kitchen area, a large outdoor space and a playground to keep the little ones busy.They even arranged to fly the body back to Mexico. Save yourself time, energy and money and just come to this amazing place!

This is a beautiful, family oriented establishment. From the staff all the way up to the Manager they will give you the best service they can and the upmost respect that you deserve during this difficult time. Unfortunately we had to lay to rest many people in our family and fortunately we had Preciado Services to help us each step of the way. I would highly recommend this location, beautiful services, tons of package options, all of your questions answered. This may be an unfamiliar experience to go thru and they are all very informative of all of your decisions. Jerry Preciado is a very sweet, gracious man and makes you feel like family. We never plan for these things to happen but fail to plan is to plan to fail. I came here supporting a close friend. It wasn’t my family but I wouldn’t recommend to any grieving family based on what I experienced.

EVERYONE SAVE YOUR SELF TIME DO NOT COME HERE. Rafael you are a worthless more like useless person. We walked out of your office waiting for 10 minutes. You kept walking out to ask your boss for every simple question we asked about the services. I wonder if you treat other families the way you treated us.

This funeral home is not good for me as theres a lot of mournful people and crying at their lost one which its very heart-wrenching like every funeral home is. I respect the place by the way.

I came looking for a place where I could celebrate the life of my beautiful brother. He was a very unique and loved individual. Therefore, his funeral service could be nothing less than that. When I came to ask some questions and get tour of your funeral home, Yesenia greeted us and was kind enough to answer all of our questions. When she showed us the chapel, that’s when I knew we had found the right place. Your funeral home was not only clean and properly equipped, but your staff also was warm and considerate. We still had to bring our parents back to approve of the funeral home, and we needed to meet with someone that spoke Spanish. I called to make an appointment and Jerry Preciado agreed to meet with us. Our appointment was so easy and stress free. Jerry explained everything in detail and not once did I feel pressured to sign a contract or buy more than I needed. It did not even feel like I was buying anything! He never treated me like a salesman. The complete opposite, he was warm, caring, and relatable. His ability to read our emotions and know when to give us space; impeccable behavior. From that day forward, Jerry was on top of it all. He called me to update me every chance he had. When my brother finally arrived at the funeral home, I felt a great relief knowing he was in good hands. Jerry called us when my brother was ready and set up a private viewing the day before the funeral service.I have to tell you, seeing my brother inside a casket was one of the hardest moments in my life… But Jerry provided the perfect place and allotted us the time to take this moment in and be prepared for what was ahead the next day. I strongly believe that my family and I were able to stand strong at my brother’s service because of this gesture. I will never forget this, because the next day the most beautiful thing happened. My brother’s celebration of life service was perfect. The staff was attentive, caring, and beyond helpful! Although Jerry was not there that day, his staff (Ramon & Rafael) were given detailed instructions that they followed to a T. We received so many compliments about my brother’s service. Everyone loved the funeral home and agreed that it was a service worthy of my brother. Most importantly, everyone that came (well over 300 people) fit and we did not have one crowded moment. Thank you so much for your amazing service and treating us like family. Really, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you with all my being. May God continue to bless you and prosper you.

Do not waste your time here. These people are not understanding whatsoever and are INSENSITIVE to the requests of the children of the diseased. MADE MOURNING THE DEATH OF A LOVED ONE 10x more difficult for my family. I would give 0 stars if I could.
