Good wings, decent pricing, and on top of that they one of those drink machines with any soft drink you can think of.

Nothing wrong with the food, but the staff is overworked, overwhelmed, and obviously exhausted. The staff never seems happy or had enough energy to fake a greeting to you. I asked for a replacement lid because all the lids for the cups at the drink station seemed to be a little warped and I was told that whatever is out on the floor was what I had to get because they had no other stock. Struggled with the lid and had to hold it in place to keep my drink from spilling on my ride home.

Some of the best I’ve ever had. Customer service isn’t outstanding or anything, but the food sure is. I love that they have garlic fries. I’d honestly say that these wings are better than Wingstop, but not packaged as well. Kind of inconvenient packaging actually (styrofoam).

This place never disappoints! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is always delicious. And right now during COVID I am happy to know that my favorite wing place is open for food and drinks to go, but you can have a drink outside (in a safe distance) while you wait. This place is abiding by the pandemic rules and making sure there customers are enter a safe environment. Love it!

This last time that I went I wasted my money. I paid for Xtra wet wings and they were dry. I even asked if they can be boxed separately so the sauce wont leak onto the other wings. Which I think it should already be boxed separately. Not to mention I asked them another time to box it separately and I got attitude as if it was an inconvenience. Lately coming to this fire wings has been more of a problem.

We ordered boneless garlic parmesan wings, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 mini meal with 2 bbq chicken strips and fries, 5 bone in Garlic parmesan wings and 2 drinks. $30.62 was a waist of money. I had to take my wings back in which one of the girls that works there had attitude when I was letting her know my wings were cold even after they had just brought them to the table. My wings were drenched in butter and cold. I dont think they did anything to the wings because they were brought back so fast and again the same girl with an attitude tells me they were just taken out and walked away quick before I could say anything. Next my chicken sandwich was very dark brown like it was over cooked and very salty with my bread all smashed. The bbq sauce for the mini meal was very tart n cold like the other items we ordered. Fries were very greasy you can see all the grease stains all over the serving boat that they came in. Overall it was a waiste of money, we didnt appreciate the attitude especially when I just wanted my wings to be hot like they should have been. Most definitely the worst fast food Ive ever had. I do not recommend and I will not be back.

Food was great, however dont understand why they dont answer the phone when trying to place an order for pickup. called 3 times as soon as I had left my house. 15 minutes later I arrived and there was no customers in sight. so I ended up waiting 20 minutes outside for them to have my food ready. 😒

Size of the wings are pretty small, but they are great quality and a pretty good price. I usually get a 10 piece wings meal for about 15$ with the tater tots substitute. They also offer flavored chicken strips, garlic noodles, loaded fries, stuffed jalapenos and there are so many different wing flavors to choose from! I order online for pickup and it is usually a 30 min wait with great service!

Terrific selection of wings both boneless and bone-in. A vast selection of sauces and rubs. Our favorites are Cali Rub, Malaysian Curry, BBQ Chipotle and Mango Habanero. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.

They dont take American Express card, they dont take Apple pay or any kind of mobile pay, they only give ONE tiny ranch with any wing order no matter how many pieces, 6, 8 or even 10. Imagine eating 10 wings with a shot glass of ranch. Imagine spending $15 on 10 wings and they refuse to give you an extra shot of ranch! I asked for a little side of lemon pepper seasoning and they said they dont do that. On top of all this, their soda machine isnt working so theyre selling cans of soda for the same price they sell their fountain drinks. All in all the food was decent. Not in my Top 5 list for wings.

They are allowing three people inside to order. There is now seating area inside but it seemed they where okay with us sitting out on the outside tables. The prices are great and the post their flavors out before you order up front. They take your number so they can notify when your food is ready. My husband and I cant wait to return!

Excellent wings, of you like the traditional buffalo wings , the fire one are most traditional flavor and heat.. the buffalo have the flavor without a lot of heat. Either are awesome, just depends on your preference of heat.

Wingstop usually doesnt coat their wings that much on the flavor youre getting, almost as if theyre running out of the sauce . But this place really coated and glazed the wings well . For my first time experience im definitely coming back and choosing it over wingstop .

Cannot go wrong with bone-in Buffalo or bone-in BBQ. The boneless wings are whatever, they add crushed red pepper to differentiate which Buffalo sauce is which when you get more than one (not cool) You can tell the workers aren’t true wing enthusiast when they do that or when they recommend stuff like “Saigon street” or “bbq chipotle” 🤮 . Overall this place is a solid wing spot if you’re a G and keep it OG with your wangs.

Ive been coming to this location since it opened last year. At first this location was great! Food was delicious and fresh. Over the past months I feel like the quality has really gone down. My order was 10 minutes late. My fries were barley cooked and I ordered extra crispy. My wings, while still had very good flavor, were cold. I hope management can get this better. I do want to point out that even though I was not super satisfied with the quality of food, the workers are always friendly and I appreciate them servicing the community during the covid-19 pandemic.

Owner is gracious to guests and patient and kind to his staff. Employees have a positive attitude and seem to enjoy serving the customers. Very clean and modern interior that has plenty of seating, well lit, many TVs, a nice bar with different varieties of beer on tap, and amazing wings. So many choices from sweet to hot and everything in between. Great location and outdoor seating as well. A great addition to San Bernardino.

The wings are the best that I have tried from any place in Southern California! I am so glad they opened up one in Southern California. I am about an hour away but its worth the drive every so often. Hopefully they start to open more. The place is also very clean and the staff very friendly.

This place is amazing! My new favorite wing place! We drive an hour just to come here. Food was cooked to perfection, flavor on point, and something new. Definitely not like your traditional wing place. I recommend the garlic fries and thai spicy wings to your order.

These wings were as basic as you can get. Like foreals. Not bad just not as good as I thought they would be. Just a very basic, not worth going back kind of wing. Price was good for the amount of food you get but has a major flavor lack.

We used to live in the Inland Empire but moved to San Diego. We still drive and hour and a half to go visit the best wing place in southern cali. The Thai Spicy Wings are our favorite. Hope they open a place in San Diego.

I got the 10 bone in combo with garlic noodles. I had 5 with original BBQ & 5 with lemon pepper dry rub. Meat on the bones was kind of dry. The noodles were dry too. My wife had 3 chicken strips with tater tots. The chicken strips were big & little dry. The tater tots were good. We enjoyed the cherry lemonade!

Low quality but expensive. Tried Korean which was decent and dragon. Dragon tasted like fish sauce heavily and ruined it. Ranch is very watered down and blue cheese is watered down. French fries are the best very crunchy. Chicken quality is around Wingstop quality. Staff was very nice and helpful but overall value very pricey . Maybe I picked the wrong flavors but just wasnt impressed

I purchase the buffalo chicken sandwich combination. I didnt like the chicken crust was soggy and the fries was cold. I had order online just to walk in and see kids playing on the counters and the line was slow. The cashier told me that the online orders are on the right. But, how can you see the sign when you have some lady having her kids play on the counters in front of the sign. All in all I prefer Popeyes Chicken sandwich better. I spent $58.00 for nasty food and a circus atmosphere.

Placed an online order for 40 wings, noticed my order was wrong when I got home, instead of boneless lemon pepper I got boneless garlic Parmesan. Tried to call but no one picks up, its goes to a recording saying voice mail has not been set up!! What the heck, so now I have to drive back and brinig the error to their attention!!!

Just go to BWW or Hooters. Save your money. First I showed up for the half off combos grand opening and was told only one per person, when that wasnt included in the ad. I ordered the boneless Malaysian Curry and The Parmesan Garlic. First they dont even look like wings. They look like hush puppies, surrounded by breading and very little chicken. Parmesan Garlic is a 2/10 and Malaysian is a 5 maybe a 6/10. Very dry. I would rather get Tyson nuggets than this. Never returning again and I suggest you dont even show up. Oh and you only get one sauce and they have the audacity to charge .50 for each after that. Threw 8 dollars down the drain with this.

If I could’ve gave them 0 stars I would’ve. They can have the 1 because the customer service was ok. The food was disgusting!!! I spent 30 bucks and I threw like 75-80% of my food away! The garlic Parmesan wings were disgusting and oily. The Louisiana rub was decent chicken could’ve been cooked a little longer. The Korean kickin boneless wings nasty! Nasty! I had so much batter on my chicken when I bit into it the chicken and batter separated. It was like I was eating a chicken ball corn dog! Gross! I’m he chicken was dried out in the inside! I complete disappointment and a waste of money. I definitely will continue to go to Wing Stop. At least I get real chicken when I ask for boneless.

Loved the food I tried it on sat didnt know it was the grand opening and I got my meal half off. I tried the cali rub and malaysian curry bone in with the spicy siracha mayo it was really good. I told my husband about it since he loves wings and we went today paid around 50 bucks for fam meal with 40 wings a side of seasoned fries and a side of mozzarella sticks and also veggie sticks plus 4 dips we thought it was a pretty good deal. It was alot of food and very good. The fire wings are really spicy but good not too bad unless you dont like spicy foods, were glad they are close to us our new wing stop for sure..
