“I’ve just arrived back at my hotel after an incredible dinner at your restaurant. Two days earlier we asked our taxi driver to take us to a restaurant and he took us across the street from your place. When we exited the taxi we saw your restaurant and decided that this is where we wanted to eat. Since you were booked that evening we made arrangements for tonight and we were pleased beyond our expectations. We would certainly recommend your restaurant to our colleagues and each time I’m in England I will certainly make every attempt to dine with you again.
