Not so good samastipur parcel gives musrigharai dtdc office

Worst courier company in world. I recieved my shipment opened and my stuff was also missing. Arrogant staffs no proper customer support channel.Staffs are pathetic and arrogant. They dont know how to talk. This was my biggest mistake of life.

They will charge u wrongly and high amount and showing computer window of blue dart so that they can take 4 times more charge from u. It caught them red handed

DTDC services is very good.

Its expensive bit service is good. Seeing the urgency and crowd of indian post office in this pandemic time it is always better to go with DTDC if budget is not the constraint.

They dont deliver at your adress

Worst service. Not delivering in the vicinity of samastipur. They will call you to collect your parcel by yourself.
