I purchased a T. V from khoshla Electronic Selimpur Branch. Salesman was Mr. Dev. The person is very very polite gentle and very knowlegable about the latest model of T. V. When I purchase the T. V that time I request him for deliver and installation in same day. Im very much thankful to him for kept my request. First time I seen a sales person who kept his customer request after sales. Again thank you for this.

I have been delivered a broken product.Worst service. Knowing the good service, I bought Daikin AC without buying O General AC. I will never buy Daikin AC again and I will warn everyone before buying.

Worst place , worst manager and employee system.CHEATERS ... FRAUDS...I visited them last 15th May 2021, To buy a refrigerator, I was in dilemma if to buy or not they convinced and the manager asked me to provide my card to check how much discount can I get. But he without asking me generated emi , I told I dont want to buy he gave me a void slip. Now my bank has generated emi for which there were no sale, I didnt buy anything I am paying, and bank is asking for a simple mail from them just sating that I didnt buy anything, They are not at all cooperating. Not receiving my call. calling me from other number and shouting at me.I recommend all no to deal with these cheaters.

Their sales executives are very sober and friendly approach. Their price are very reasonable other electronics shops in our area. So I am very satisfied abour their service.

I have purchased different electronic items and gadgets from them starting from washing machine, AC, mobile etc. I have found they give the best and transparent pricing and unlike others they believe in customer satisfaction. Which compelled me to change my loyality from other brands to them.

Fraud store...they promise one thing and do something else. Everyone should avoid this store.

Well a very nice assorted collection of Consumer Electronics. Though this particular outlet is small in size but the employees are well trianed and helpful. Also, the collection of TV, Fridge and Washing Machine are very good with the latest models. But, collection of mobile and laptop are very less.

Never available over phone, very rough customer dealing, dont know how to behave with customer. Not receiving phone call even after repeated call. Book refrigerator and told that will deliver within a week but after 10 days refused to deliver with excuse that product is not available even if the product manager told that product is available in stock.Will never recommend this store.

Had bought a washing machine from here and they are not delivering it. Not picking up calls and not responding in any way. Had bought it before lock down. Now they have opened for more than 10 days. But still not delivering and evading all follow ups that i am doing. Not recommending to buy anything from this store.

Polite salesperson but atrocious service.Ordered and paid for a Samsung washing machine on 18th May 2020. Promised delivery the next day. Delivery finally happened on 30th May after numerous phone calls. The Dealer did not have the courtesy to call even once. Machine is still lying in packed condition on 1st June afternoon as no one from Samsung has come to install it.Promises made by Dealer are all false.Never again!

Khosla Electronics Selimpore. Location here given is wrong I think. Similar feedback. Made full payment for AC. Promised delivery date was on next day of purchase. Actually it got delivered after 4 days. Not at all service minded. It was like I am talking to military people. You have made payment so we will deliver the product as per our wish.They provide good discount but that is available in online purchase also. Had to order washing machine online because of their service. Owner of Khosla electronics must intervene to improve service otherwise they will keep loosing customers.

Made payment in full. Yet delays in products giving excuses like truck broke down, then there is some no entry someplace near factory. Get called by their employee promising a Friday delivery yet now they backing out of that too.We had organised a party based on this promise of a Friday delivery. Called to verify said delivery and the manager acts rude, obnoxious and impolite. Like he is doing the customer a favor by doing his job. Offers a used fridge for the party when all we want is the product we paid in full for.Will definitely not recommend this place. In a consumer industry not being able to provide the said products in a timely manner and over that not being able to deal with customers is criminal and unacceptable. Luckily 1 star is the lowest i could go.

It is at Panchanantala bus stop near Dhakuria bridge. It is a electronics shop on 1st floor of building. One can get television sets, home theaters, music systems, mobile phones, laptops, refrigerators, mixer grinders, induction ovens, irons, water purifiers, chimneys and other home electronic appliances. Price is reasonable and cheques, cash, card are accepted here. They provide the facility of installments. Service is good.

Selimpur khosla is a very good store. Customer dealing is very good. Most of all after selling Customer service is very friendly.

A very horrible and fraud store. I bought a Washing Machine and they shared all my details with 3rd party vendors who sold local Washing Machine covers and Stand at a very high price by saying that they are original company products. Please dont go to this shop. They will share all your information like addressmobile number location etc without your consent. Its not safe.

The salesman named Sanjit Sarkar of khosla selimpur kolkata showroom is a cheater making people fool with sweet words.he sent his own men for installation to enjoy the whole sum of money by himself without even informing the blustar company about the installation.the newly bought ac is not functioning due to gas leakage within 2 days of installation.we had a service done but still not ac is not cooling.this khosla nd blustar go hand in hand to give the poorest unprofessional service and harrassment to their customers.i have another ac from Carrier working smoothly since last 4 years.but unfortunately khosla made my life hell with this blustar ac which seems like a 2nd hand ac bought with a huge sum of money
