My go-to place for shopping in karaikudi. This place is customer reliable. I used to get a lot of kurtis here starting from 400 it is good to wear & then wash.

I have bought a saree today.. Very poor Customer service.. Their main aim is to select anything within short time.. They are not interested to show what customer wants... They are losing their interest within few seconds..I never expect this much from them.. Pls give what customers want..They have lot of collections so what we are choosing params.. Good hospitality, first in my home down I have seen escalator here. Collections are enough. Need to give purchase points for buying. This is the biggest drawback.

Recently I purchased a dress from this shop, due to manufacturing defect I wanted to rerun it. Unexpectedly they didnt accept the exchange of the dress. And the customer care was worst. They didnt even respond properly. Their attitude towards customer was very bad and arrogant. Unfair and never going to the shop again! Worst!!!!!

Its a nice showroom for textile stuff. Staffs are very polite and costumer friendly . The options are quite large, with price range suiting almost all pockets.
