Honestly from eight district which I travel starting from Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Namakkal this Service Centre in Salem VR suzuki is one of the best place for Service I ever found. All professionals only work here and do service. I have bought my bike from Chennai to Coimbatore and I usually travel in the above mentioned district, but only this Service Centre in Salem only offers a better service.

One of the best show room in Salem, customer service is really nice and they do have finance services. I just got a brand new burgman street 125 it was a nice .

Two days ago, bought Access 125 BS6 from VR Suzuki:What went fine :Bhuvaneshwaran , the Sales person was good.Bike colour choice we were looking available.They helped register the Vehicle at different place and delivered at thestore.What went bad :We had problem with the ICICI Lombard agent. He bluntly lied the IDV value is going to be the Invoice value while booking the vehicle. I searched over internet and the Insurance price was 800 Rs cheaper on internet same policy mentioned clearly 90% of Invoice value. So i thought may be the ICICI Insurance tied-up with Suzuki that is why he was able to give full IDV. While taking delivery IDV value was mentioned 90% only of what was mentioned in the Invoice. Called the Insurance agent , he said You did not ask me, thats why I did not tell you. ICICI should be proud of digging graveyard to their brand using this kind of agents.What a store to Improve:Having the right people work for your store will improve the customer confidence.What Suzuki as a company to improve :The store did not officially collect the product feed back on we were trying to give. Long way to go Suzuki. Decade old customer relationship will not yield any good.Here is what the suggestions we gave to improve Suzuki Access 125 in case you are interested.1. Petrol tank cap should be attached its body like flip-a-wing style ( Learn from TVS NTorq )2. Since the scooter is sold mostly for Ladies, the helmet colour choice should be vehicle colour or black , Suzuki is forced to buy black helmet, not every girl will like it.
