A trusted jewelry shop bz My mother-in-laws mom bought his jewelleries in this shop since 1954 thats why my mom-in-law also buy jewelleries there itself...

They have all variety of gold and silver ornaments here. Bargaining does help in reducing the final price and accept digital payments including all credit/debit cards without any additional charge.They have valet parking available and its a multilevel parking facility. Its located in the prime place near Salem New bus stand towards 5 five roads.

Cost is high. Customer service is good until u purchase the product. Next day anklet we bought cut down. When we Go to exchange, they didnt respond and made us wander. They asked us to come tmrw. Timely service quality is low

According to my personal experience , I didnt really like their approach , fixed price , strictly no bargain and design are pretty descent though.

This shop completely looting money ...yesterday we went to buy gold coin...They want 1.5% of service charge for card payment...No other shops in Salem ,chennai not collecting Card payment charges...Service person in first floor clearly mentioned its strict order from AVR management to collect 1.5% of service charge....I think this shop management dont want to follow digital payment suggested by indian government.

Very poor customer service. The fellow employees show No respect to the customers. Few years ago when they have shop only in Salem they were very good at that time. But now it is just opposite. High price than other jewellery shops in Salem. Went to purchase gold stud last week. It was around 6g. But they provide estimate slip costing around RS.37000. I ask for expIanation how they calculated the rate of stud, one of the sales girl simply take the estimate from my hand. Worst experience.if u value ur money n self respect better dont go to this shop.

Today went to avr jewelry Salem. It was such a worst experience. Very poor customer serviceI see sliver plateNo one careAll the gents and Lady staffs sittingvery irritateDont want to get stress in free of cost so walked out from there.

Actually d designs here are good but not d service such a worse experience that i ever had in my entire life and worst shop in behaviour.. I dont want to buy any jewels again in that shop ....totally hate it....they are not even giving a proper response when we are asking any doubts.....worst one..

There is no clarity in certain things. Salesman unable to explain why wastage charges. More loss while exchanging silver ornaments. I have lost my interest in buying ornaments going forward as we incur more loss. Ultimately its all business it seems. They welcome good but discounts are not that great. Think before you decide and do if you dont have plenty of money.

Collection are good but salesmen are so dumb about the charges and wastages. They are neither good to convince/satisfy customers nor adjustable. Strictly no for any replacements or exchanges of their own jewels.

Low collections. Old gold replacement valuation is poor. They rejected my half sovereign ornament but GRT given the valuation of 12660 rupees. I will never go AVR again.
