Worst service. Representative calling to collect the parcel and when asked wht is the limit of services he answered dont know about that but your courier is not deliverable. This service is not even worth to rate single star but have no option select minimum one star. Spoke to salem vicent branch manager, his response is very similar to their delivery boys. Pls dont prefer this service being cheap and one will get only a cheap service from them. There are better service then DTDC at the same price.

It is located near Vincent Bus Stop. Service is good. Parking space is enough for two wheeler only.

I used DTDC for sending international courier.. Very good service.. Price is cheaper than FedEx and DHL.. Highly recommended

Like mentioned in other reviews, they are calling us to collect the parcel. If i have to collect the parcel then why they exist in the first place?Thanks for the response from owner. But how pathetic you are to supposed to be at your job to respond in this way. Check with your team and solve the issue instead of commenting here with your false statements.
