Please dont buy lenovo laptops from them.They will surely charge you more than the actual price.please compare it with online price before buying.I felt cheated after buying from them.They are money minded, very manipulative & not trust worthy.I dont think they are authorized lenovo store.For students,please dont fall for their warranty offer (₹1000). which you can avail totally free through online by using your students ID.They are using that free students offer by charging us extra.please be aware of it.My Kind request to all please avoid them at all cost .Its my personal experience.

0 response from the salesperson...I enquired the availability of a particular model of laptop and i was told that they would check and revert back the next day.Its been 2 weeks now after my enquiry and they havent updated on the status yet...I have tried calling them and texted them n number of times... they either dont pick the call ....or pick the call and tell that they will watsapp me the details...and iam yet to recive any such detail.....

One of the worst shop to buy your laptop. They committed to give me laptop with 16gb RAM, after I purchased I understand that they added local RAM to branded laptop. Also check the cost for service before you visit the store. They charge very high for small work when compare to other stores.
