Working staffs are good in doing the work but immediate response to customer query not up to the mark delay in responding, need to be improved, and almost all products are available with good quality

Worst in service, they are not properly answer to customers. They said for service 2hrs enough but take morethan a week also they are not touch the laptop.

The worst place for checking your PC, If you were to for it, I personally suggest you to the next shop which is just at walkable distance!!My Experience!I have visited City Computer for changing my lap battery, but they damaged my charger too!!And the best one is, they didnt had both(charger as well as battery) which is suitable for my lap!So please proceed with caution!!!

Very Very worst for computers service.

I give my laptop for repair, at the time of giving my laptop, they said only minor problem , within 2 days we will repair, after two days they said next week and 2 weeks they not even respond properly, again I went there and I said give my laptop, they are saying within one hour we will repair, please wait like that, I too waited for 3 hours , finally they are saying , ur laptop is another shop, there is major problem and it cost more than 10000.I asked them to give my laptop, dont do anything, please return back, I said like that, they return it to me and i saw that my laptop battery and some parts in laptop is broken, now I cant even do anything with that laptop, I give it and they said only minor problem, atlast no use ,they damaged all parts in my laptop,They not even know how to remove all parts in laptop.So, no one give laptop for repair here, its my request, very worst shop, they damaged all parts in laptop and they are saying while I am getting ur laptop for repair, at that time itself it is damaged mam, like that.So, please dont go to this shop, they will cheat, they remove all your laptop parts and they will keep waste parts which is not working.If they cheat everyone like this, finally they will beg without anything.
