The service packages offered by sales dept is not accepted by service department if they purposefully put under general service and and once invoices they say you can not change have to pay to take delivery. Please note sales cannot not book appointments. These guys bill heavily attracting by offering low price offers. Very rude and need recording of what offer we left they vehicle there. Beware if your vehicle if older then 3 years find outside reliable service person. Service is not worth and I will never visit after bad experience. Another friend they billed 10k plus with out consulting him for parts. Be careful with service.

I would like to give review in negative -100 starts but unlucky not having that optio . I have never see this kind of worst management and irresponsible persons. These guys are not even thinking about the customers. No follow up No response No customer service. If you are trying to follow up these guys will not attend your calls including Manager. Request you to work for customer value and not just sit and go.

Test drive of vehicles available. And providing clear cut information about vehicle waiting period if any and duration for processing and registration.

Very very worst service and poor bike service....my bike is almost gone....Aug 2020, I bought Royal Enfield 350CC from Chamundi Show room -Salem. They promised me 4 free service but they done only 3 free service. But now they said there is no free service available. Free service very poor service they change only oil and it cost Rs.1150. Within 10 months as I went three time free service but I had poor service. I given feedback too. But there is no response on feedback. Please dont go for Chamundi Show room. I had bad experience with them service and customer care response too.Please dont go to Chamundi showroom. Please go some other showroom.Before buy the bike they will speak nicely but u bought they never talk with good manner.

Pretty happy with the overall experience of my service.Highlights:1. Thanks to Jagadeesh for restoring my vehicle to almost new.(Refer photos)2. The advisers were polite and understood all the issues that had to be fixed.3. Delivery part was comparatively faster than other services center.Lowlights:Recently the labour charges have increased which is a bit worrying and the service cost has almost the cost for servicing my car.Overall am happy with the service and special mention to Jagadeesh (Polishing Department) for restoring my vehicle to look new.

Worst service center, if you go for doing service they plan to charge additionally by saying need to replace the parts here after I will not give my bike to this service center to hereafter, please people dont go this service center you can give your bike to good. Worst service is being done. They take in vehicle limitless. Minimum time taken by them to deliver the bike is 7 days. The service quality is also not good. They told I had to replace the battery but Iam still having the same issue I had with the old battery. They failed to change my engine oil and eventually charged me earlier for that. The response from service engineers are poor. They dont pick the calls and return it when they missed one. I have the bike for second time to resolve the tappet sound from engine. Even this time they took 10 days to resolve but the sound had started again from the second day of service. I have serviced my bike thrice here and each time they made sure the bill is over 10k.

The worst service centre out there. U give your vehicle for service, seems you have to supervise your vehicle service too, otherwise they never get done. I recommend no-one to give their bike here ever, they make you overpay for their lousy services!! The worst experience for the third time!!!

Its pretty good. ... In terms of performance classic 350 is good to cruise bike its not meant for speed riding, classic 350 is not a track machine you must not compare it with sports bikes but you can easily cruise At speeds near to 80 Feel that thump and ride ,really suberb

Waste of money. Royal Enfield is luring the present generation as if owning this bike is fantasy and prestigious thereby fixing exhorbitant price. Once out of the showroom there no chance of sale value to even 50percent. Youngsters try to fancy by travelling long distance to achieve maximum which puts into lot if risk.

I will give ------minus stars....I am sharfutheen from salem.I booked a vehicle in Royal Enfield Himalayan on July 2020 in Salem showroom named chamundi enfield.Then for first free service I took my vehicle for which they cost 1500 for free service.Now 2 days before I have given my vehicle for 3rd free service for that also they cost 1500.Then I took my vehicle from there within 25 km my bike stopped.I suddenly called the showroom no response they said after 6o clock no service given. So I parked my bike in petrol bunk and left .They said please call the customer care so that they will come and toak the vehicle I did.Then today noon at 2:40 pm they took the vehicle.Its been one year of my vehicle purchase suddenly this problem occurs.I need proper clarification...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Chamundi service centre is a day robbery if u have doubt see the pics..if they smell ur bike they put a labour charge..water wash is very poor. ..if u want to service your enfield dont come to this showroom...labour charges are too high..if any problem they are changing the parts instead of repair.....prices are too high...my bill is totally 9300 but service veliya pannirundha its only take 5k .please dont visit to this show room🙏🙏...labour charge ku edhuku da GST worst showroom...

Current Service technicians are not good. Previously in 2018 the service staffs were good comparing to the current staffs. And since the lockdown is relaxed a bit they can arrange some seating measures following the safety protocols. They just make us to stand outside the wholetime, Please improve on these small things.

Went in to buy a helmet. Not a big collection but the bikes looked classy. Shop looked great. Service excellent.

Sales Manager of Chamundi Enfield and Area Sales Manager of Salem are very rude,dont even try to purchase even a keychain from this showrrom.You will get very pathetic response from the showroom executives.I have booked a bike and being in travel from my home to showroom for a month,still there is not even a small progress in action.I have even mailed the Royal Enfield.I hereby attached the copy of my mail to Royal Enfield,I kindly request my fellow riders to not even think of buying any bike from this showroom.
