Worstcustomer care service.wrongly sending sms and payment link for someother customer.that too repeatedly even after informing the customer care

Took money first and no connection provided, 5 days passed..The Agents simply declines the call.Worst response..

Worst service by cherrinet.. No proper response..

Reviewing this after 3 months of use.Reviewed based on gugai area, Here they provide good internet service.Good internet speed.Good response from customer care.compare to other fiber internet provider. cherrinet was so so good.i was searching for decent internet after airtel. 6month of search. i finally found cherrinet. other internet provider charges 2k to 5k for insallation. but in cherrinet, they offer 4,000/- |150mbps | 4month plan with wifi router.

Fraud company.. They took money and didnt provide connection .. and delaying the refund as well ..

This is the worst provider ever faced. I raised a request for new connection. 7 days I didnt get even one update.. I called them more than 20 times. They didnt provide me the connection. Worst worst customer service. I never suggest this to anyone.. Dont waste time by calling their customer care.

Took 150mbps and so far its good and best in salem.I could say cherrinet is equivalent to Hathaway & act.From my experience i get At least 100 to 120mbps on both download & upload.Customer service is really good.

It often gets disconnected and the speed promised is not true. If you have an important meeting and suddenly your wifi fails many people wont appreciate it but if we register a complaint customer care will take a minimum of 4 days to respond.

Speed what they promise they didnt provide, only good point is stable connection

This review is going to be a bit eloborate explaining all the issues that I faced starting from applying for a new connection to speedtest.net.On a day when I learnt that there is a BB provider in my street, I applied through online and received a follow-up call from the field representative (Santhosh).Getting a new BB connection started during this pandemic and with WFH being a new normal. I have been using JIO 4G connection and I was able to manage my work OKish.After a lil bit of search, I found Cherrinet is running through our area/street - so immediately registered for a new connection.Day 1 : Their sales rep contacted me to get basic documentation done. He also informed that it is going to take 3-4 days until I get my connection - note I was not informed about the payment here.Day 2 : I contacted Santhosh and asked him about payment and as per his instructions paid a fee 3 months for K-Starter pack and shared the trxn id to his number.Day 3,4 & 5: just follow-up with no definite timeDay 6 : Their cabling team arrived to my house and pulled the cable - what they didnt do is splicing of the optical cable and downside is they didnt have any modem with them and informed me that the devices are being sent from Chennai and may arrive in a day or 2.Day 7 : Their network guy came with a modem (recovered from a closed connection) and surprisingly he didnt bring the splicing machine with him - so he left without doing anythingDay 8 : Another person came-in and thank god he got everything needed and activated the connection (finally). my basic speed test showed an down speed of 140 mbps and up speed of 150 mbps connecting to their own server (facepalm).Day 9&10: I was working with my client provided VPN, which didnt respond quickly even with a BB connection but was working smooth with jio hotspot.So, I sat down for some research and tested the network speed with various servers and different destination. To my shock the speedtest was spoofed by these guys (refer attached screenshot)When connected to an server available at Bengaluru, the speed dropped drastically.Day 11: Contacted their sales rep who in-turn asked me to talk to their network guy who in-turn asked me to talk to customer care and who will not answer the phone due to Covid.Day 12: I ended up having another useless connection sold with a fake speedtest numbers.Major drawbacks:1. Fake speed promised by the service provider2. If you are working with remote VPN, then you are going to regret a lot3. If you are using any meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc., ) - you are going to hear robotic voice with losing sync between audio and video.4. Default modems WiFi range is very pathetic and it doesnt have additional antenas to throw the signal a little further.I again advice people to think before you opt for a non-branded BB connection. They might be leasing a very less bandwith from an actual ISP and cheating you with a false down/up numbers.

Horrible contention and the worst possible service ever. This is the speeds I am getting in a 150 Mbps connection

Advertising as 150 MBPS but getting only 3 - 4 MBPS
