Please don’t order anything with this company. They never deliver as promised date, but not even near by dates. If they says 3 days that means min of 3 weeks(that too after doing follow ups). People have warned me about this, but when I spoke to them they were polite though it wouldn’t be the case.I have ordered curtain with this company on 26th Aug, promised to deliver in one week, but they haven’t. After continues follow up(every alternative days) they have delivered it after 3 months. But it’s not the way we ordered, Owner was started cooking up the stories, finally gave it for alternation after forcing me to pay for alternation amount and Promised that within 3 days curtain will be delivered. For the matter of fact, he stopped responding to calls. (See pics for reference). Only if we go directly, then we can talk to them.If you want to test patience order from this company. Those already ordered, best of luck for your deliver.

Never response to any call,never prompt on delivery

Very very very worst customer service.. I hav not seen anyone like this till now.. First time took 1.5 months for curtain stitching, actually said ll b delivered n a week. Followed many times to get it n our hand.. But it was n wrong measurements. Given for correction again before a month nd still waiting for delivery.. Owner ll not pick the call or call back.. This time too promised to b delivered n a week,but its more than a month now.. Fed up of calling them or going in person..
