One of the best Bakers in town. Multiple branches located in other areas in salem town. Hospitality is good . Best attentive to each customer while explaining their product sellings. Haggen-Dazz icecream is available. this Baker is the first introducer of Hagen-Dazz brand in Salem. Cake ingredients explanation meets the expectation of each customers. Bit expensive.

Such a poor customer service, they are using very low grade ingredients and charging more money from the customers they are not using organic ingredients on the cake for example the red velvet cake even for 500g they are charging so expensive upto 650 rs/- but the ingredients used is so cheap quality when i asked for the reason and what are the ingredients used they are not answering As per The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (CPA) its every customers rights to know what is been added in the cake very rude customer service too from Cherry on Top
