So many years with them (formerly video2000) and never any problems with their customer service.Always very well served and things are done quickly.This is the kind of business we would like to see more of!

No after-sales service .... if you buy a smartphone at 1000.- and it doesnt work, it will be for your apple! Ello cares completely about it, they sell, cash and thats all they offer ... Even under warranty, it will cost you 60.- just for a quote ... not to mention any repairs. ... Phone purchased in March 2020, unusable in August and no viable solutions that do not incur any additional costs on your part .... in short .... STRONGLY DISCOMMENDED !!!

Thanks to her, her listening skills and her sense of customer service, useful corrective measures, even beyond, were brought to my total satisfaction. THANKS TO MRS K.It would be nice and above all correct to avoid providing overpriced subscriptions to people in their prime who are unfamiliar with the technique. Changing a subscription from 50 to 300 for an 80-year-old is just incomprehensible. It could also be termed differently. In addition, charging a postal payment CHF 3.50 when it is a transfer is just as incomprehensible.
