Radiance is amazing! Just had my first visit and had a great experience.. Good vibes and friendly. The tools were clean as well. Massages was wonderful and especially my haircut Rekha Mam had spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect.. Thank you Mam.. Highly recommend 🤩

Money fleecers and customer threateners !!Have been to this place thrice and today turned out to be the worst ever. The prices for haircut, beard trimming and head massage are Rs. 180, Rs. 150 and Rs. 400 respectively (according to their tariff card and papers they’ve stuck all over their salon). But, at the time of billing, they charged Rs. 300 for haircut. This change in tariff wasn’t communicated when I called for an appointment or when I was going through the price card before the services were offered.When I asked them why they’re charging Rs. 120 more, the proprietor and the staff mentioned that it’s because of lockdown and cost of sanitation. I wouldn’t have had a problem paying the extra 120 bucks had they actually sanitised the tools before and after - they weren’t sanitised before I was given a haircut and also not when my friend was given a haircut after me. It appears that they sanitise only once a day and to charge as though they sanitise after every service is ridiculous and nothing but fleecing the customers. At some point during this argument, the proprietor went to the extent of threatening by asking where I live - what does it have to do with the point that was under dispute - charging way more than what was listed in their price card.If their tariff has changed , they ought to inform the customers beforehand and take out all the old tariff cards from the walls or desk. Instead, they resort to unfair business practices by claiming to offer something at a price , but charging way more during billing (without actually sanitising as they claim). Had a lengthy argument, held to my stance of not paying a rupee more than what was listed in the tariff card and left after paying only the amount specified in the tariff card.

Just WoooW !!!We had an appointment for Bridal makeup couple of months ago (27 Sep 2020) for an Engagement program. Since then we couldnt find an artist who can do such good work.Trust me - Every single person in the function were praising the makeup. Everytime we see the Engagement video, we just wonder how good is the make up.Most of the makeup artist will show-off a lot just to make u believe that they invented the beauty world and force u to book the appointment...But, Rekha mam - dedicated, professional and real kind person.Power point:Make up was done at 10 am - even after the function at around 8 pm - still the make up is 200% perfect...Still small hick-up though:This place is for Above middle class people - little too costly - but sounds like worth it (just because i didnt find anyone doing such good job even with higher cost)PS:Most of the beauticians claim they use the highest quality products (like MAC, blah blah blah...) but they actually use some local products.May be she make use of the original products. Being a guy, i dont have much knowledge on it - but the final result was Wonderful...!!

Rekha did my wedding makeup. I loved all my makeups and everyone said my makeup, hairdo and saree draping was very good. She did my makeup as per my request and suggestion and kept it very subtle and natural by highlighting only my facial features. Loved the bridal makeover services, provided before my wedding. I am very happy with all my services. I would highly recommend Radiance.
