There are very bad network service provider in Salem. Please dont go for this WIFI services. I daily facing challenges in accessing network.Dont believe them those who are saying good. They may be working in Bluwaves.

They are one of the best isp in Salem. I would say they are the only one till now rather than other big players like airtel, bsnl ,jio and other local isps to give good service here. In terms of service and customer service during any problem , their staffs are one of the best in solving the problems as well as queries. When no one provided good internet in city outer, they were the only one gave good connections and plans at low cost. Till date I have experienced only few down outrage in the past 5 years. And their staffs are well trained to rectify any problems. If any problem just a call and their staffs will show up so quick. In terms of service and quality i would recommend bluwaves and have referred many connections for them, till date going so smooth. And They have to upgrade their fiber plans to meet the competition with the jio and airtel. Dont care about any negative review, just go with them you wont regret.

I basically dont write a review. But I am actually very happy with their service. It is upto the mark. Thank you Bluwaves!

Their fibernet has good speed and constantly stays arnd 50Mbps... I used to love the network. But for some reason, in the past few months, there are frequent connectivity issues. There is a network issue everyday and I have to call to make a complaintThe service is increasingly becoming worse and they dont respond to calls.I only recommend this network to people who dont have a better option
