Spacious for shopping. Not much crowded. Visited nearly thrice till date. Packed with same old fashioned models. I always prefer hush puppies shoes which always suits well for my office work. I love the make and model as if custom tailored. But cost wise it is too high but it highly meets the demand and need of a end-user. And about the store: we cant much expect for collection from BATA and allied showrooms

This is the original BATA Outlet which has the variety of Slippers, Sandals & Shoes.Sometimes, you wont see the stock of some regular model(s). If youre a regular BATA Customer and familiar with the model you use, just let them know.. so that they can get you the stock/product delivered to your home!! 🙂

Decent collection with very good kind staffs

Very disappointed, placed order with immediate advance payment for a slipper, got wrong size and very poor quality with damage and very delayed delivery, but still they didnt replace or return my money and no proper response. I am following since last 2 days, no correct response, very much disappointed with the service.

Though we liked few designs we were not able to find right sizes,still a welcoming shop that can do better....

No latest collection. I bought formal shoe. My size is 8. But they have only 7. They convince us to use 7, saying this will expand. When I use 7, I felt lots of pain daily. No much collections.

More collection of slippers, sandles, flip flop, shoes varietys. polite behavior of desk support.

Show room is good. But they are not switch on ac and you can feel the leather smell on entire floor.Very very hot climate inside the shop.Quality of the product is good.

No proper collection... Since its not located in a main area. Compared to this, the bata located in main areas are good.. And they have got a lot of collections

The shop is quite visible from main road itself. Big and nice underground parking facility. Even if you are going by car no hassle of parking. Inside they have quite a good collection. Shop itself is quite big and spacious. Lots of collection. One thing that I felt not good is for some collections they have in display they dont have all the sizes. The one in the display was size 10 but they did not have any size in the inventory . Otherwise they are really good and authentic Bata showroom unless dealers out there in market.

Collection are good pretty clean and good employees as well, response is good and visibility is also good. Some new collection and I have tried some other bata showrooms across city but this showroom is comparatively way good and most importantly parking facility in that particular traffic zone. Which is itself good.

Good. BATA products are available, nothing fancy or gaudy. Just the basic and neutral colours available. Facility is on the main Street, finding the store is a bit tricky at times. Parking is underground. Price is reasonable.

I have been using Bata shoes ever since I remember wearing shoes as a Child! Somehow the store ambience has not changed! Though the products have.The ubiquitous salesman shoe fitting stool is still there to try out the new buy! The rows if socks and laces and the ever present shoe polish tins.I went in to buy a pair of hawai slippers. The variety was awesome. I always loved the feather lite stuff. Ended up buying three! With no persuasion from the salesman.He actually must have thought I was crazy!Bata bats forever!
