I think, its not a service/repair centre but replacement centre. I have network issue(no signal) with my poco mobile, they didnt even try to repair but straight away said mother needs to replaced which costs ₹12,000. Later I did online search and flashed my mobile using the resources available online & now its working fine.

Today I went there for my new Redmi 9 prime phone not charging issue.They examined and resetted the battery and it started charging again.And they didnt charge anything for this.But it is strange that for a new phone(1 month old), Im getting this kind of problems.

Mi seems to be looting now with replacement spares. I got my screen replacement and it stopped working within few days and when I went back, they say they have to replace motherboard. Please stay away from MI. I am going to make sure this is everywhere on social media. they made me waste money on screen replacement.

I went to change the touch panel for my Redmi 3s prime. After that receiver not working, when I reached them they fixed it and said there is some dust and we cleaned now. And also they damaged the back panel due to their careless service and did nothing about it.

I got a bootloop problem with my k20 pro. They simply said mother board issue, need to change. it cost 17k...After, hearing I go to the my local service center, they fix it with in a day.. 1800 charged but workingVery well.Worst MI service center ever.. but here we seen many fake reviews on Google... Worst da.

The service was done very quickly within 5 mins. Very valued service.

Service is prompt for minor repairs. Only dissappointment was that they dont accept card payments.

At the begining they will say some small issue after clearing that if problem comes again they will say main board issue. Such a pathetic behaviour of technical staff
