I bought my hot tub / spa in May 2020 - just at the start of the pandemic, from CK Spa. Thé service I received then, and continue to receive , is impeccable. I live in Ontario - they had no trouble with delivering to me in Hawkesbury. My refurbished tub needed a few parts , and they fixed it up and provided a great warranty. I continue to use my tub regularly and buy my products from them - they are willing to ship them to me promptly upon request. Very happy with my spa. The owners are friendly , honest , and reliable and the prices are great.

Great experience shopping there. I was looking to test an hydropool swim spa and it was very difficult to find a local dealer. While not in my region, CK spa was really nice and let me test the swim spa. Great experience, nice advices, no pressure and had a great conversation with both the owners.Would recommend shopping there if you want good service.

I was hunting for a hot tub for about a month across quebec. I went to all the big name and other small name stores in and around greater montreal region. I finally felt comfortable when i met Dana and Charles at CK Spas. They took the time to share a lot of good information about their spa and brand hydropool and gave me a lot of options without the sales pressure. I went back and did some research and was convinced this was not only the features, style and price for us but that I was in trusting and caring hands. I previously had a hot tub with a big name company and all the service was outsourced to terrible repair people. It was a nightmare that put me off from buying another spa for 2 years. The icing on the cake that sold me to CK spa was that all service and maintenance was done by the company directly themselves i knew i wouldnt have to relive my previous hellish experience. Family owned and operated, true dedication to their clients and service is what you are buying here and what great service at that. Delivery and install was done by owner with a complimentary crash course on the tub and shock treatment. All my post sale questions or emails are promptly answered via email or text. Very kind and positive attitude. I dont ever feel like a burden or annoyance even though i ask them several questions about products or maintenance or water testing. My wife and I are so completely in love with our new hot tub and we have been using it regularly to relax after a long day at work. Thank you Dana and Charles for your great service!!!

Positive point: the owner is friendly and can offer support over the phone. Points for improvement: the spa had been delivered late, the company lacks manpower to meet demand (ex: offer after-sales service as planned; the owner had to come to my house three times, before admit that he wouldnt have time to come and see why my spa was leaking), I paid spa repairmen from an outside company ($ 310) who showed me that I had bought a pierced spa , but recently a hose had split (additionally) due to the improper way it was placed ... Being at my first spa, I thought I had to refill my spa frequently due to water evaporation. .. I no longer have this problem since the repair .. Anyway. I think the company has potential, it might just be necessary to hire other employees.
