Went in to the pharmacy to ask a simple question about a burn ointment for my 2 year old because this is the first time I have ever experienced this and too many mixed methods online. Was told to wait at the side for the pharmacist, took over 25 minutes to be told a 20 second reply.

I had to post and copy a 4 page letter. The Canada Post Clerk replied that she could make a copy of one page but that was A LOT too much !!! Not strong....

I call to find out the price of a perfume and the lady in the beauty department tells me that she cant tell me on the phone. Because it is forbidden. Since when ? I have called other Pharmaprixes and cosmeticians have never heard of this ban. Rotten service

Good service in general!However, for the independent cash registers at the front, it would be frankly very interesting to think of integrating payment by cash !!Like at the grocers metro! The lines up would be easier to manage!

I returned with a visor to collect my prescription for my facial infection. I was kicked out for not wearing a mask! I managed to get service at Uniprix on the other side.

Personal at the pharmaceutical laboratory counter would need a little customer service it is important when you are dealing with people with medical needs to be well received and be reassured !!When I get out of there Im always in your ...... 😡

On Saturday December 12, 2020 it took me 30 minutes to post two letters to the canada post service, we were more than 8 people waiting at the reception and only one employee who sincerely served us a real insult to customers, not at all appreciated

So much the better for those who have left a positive opinion but in the middle of a covid crisis I receive an appointment confirmation for a reminder of shingles vaccine which costs a fortune and I tell myself that I have no choice and I confirm my appointment for my 2nd dose , a week later I present myself as agreed but the pharmacy changed its schedule and did not believe it important to call to cancel .... it is time it is unacceptable to get people out of their house for nothing !!!! customer service 0,

To answer Josée, I totally disagree. Karine is one of the most smiling employees of this pharmacy. She welcomes us as if we knew each other for years and especially, even in busy times, she listens to us and take the time to give us clear explanations.So you have probably concluded too quickly and badly heard. Karine is a woman with a good and big heart, that seems obvious to me.

Very poor laboratory customer service. I witnessed yesterday at the end of the afternoon, that a tech in the laboratory, being very rude with a young mother who absolutely wanted to see a pharmacist. This lady Karine told this young mother that she was tiring. I saw this young mother come out of this pharmacy in tears. I believe this lady has her heart in the wrong place and should not have this job title. I will never set foot there again and I will pass the message on.
