Very unprofessional behaviour. HR staff, training staff and other staff is very unprofessional and careless. They dont care about employees do not share any report properly they direct fire the employee. I would recommend never choose teleperformance, it is a waste of time.

I worked in teleperformance in year 2016 for approximately 4 months. (At that time it was intelenet global services)I left my job without giving a advance notice of 1 month because of some very serious family issue (My grandmother diagnosed with multiple organ cancer) I really Dont quit if it not that necessary.I really like working in this company and regret it that I didnt gave the notice before leaving, but things were out of control at that time.Now as I completed with my studies I wanted to join the company again and given interviews twice at the first interview I was not selected because I was negotiating salary, but I recently gave a interview with preparation on 08/June/2020 for the process of samsung voice I got selected I feel relieved and happy about that.Very next day went for my document verification I came to know I have to give a recovery amount of 3115 to the company because I left job without any notice in 2016 and I am comfortable with it ironically, at the time of interview I promised to pay that amount.But at the time of my document verification staff there told me that I dont have experience certificate with me which is mentioned on resume so they will considering me as a fresher and started negotiating my salary again.I request to consider me as experienced because the experience is of the same company. the company has my all records of recovery amount and working period why do they consider me as a fresherAlong with that I vividly remember I worked approximately 4 months and at that time company deducted some amount of my salary as a PF but no PF account is given to me and there is no record of my PF Account when I check it on the government website with my pancard and other details I given at time of joining.The company also not have any record of my PF Account.Furthermore, even if I pay the recovery amount they will considering me a fresher so if I am a fresher is it fair to recover any amount ???I know that I did mistake in my past and I regret it I really like to work in the company that is why I tried to join it again.Then I wrote a apology email to the company but I didnt received any reply on that.I personally felt cheated.The fraud of my PF is more then the recovery amount and they are asking for more.

Worse company ever . They would take interview even if there are no seats left for position and then they will tell you that you didnt make it in interview. Youd have to wait for whole day to get results. No guidance for freshers on how to do process and all.

The worst ever company, nobody picks the call , resolve the issue, poor management no work life balance , worst salary, if you want to be a dog in corporate world , you are welcome here, I prefer its better not to do a job than joining this organisation, no quality. I am giving one star because , I dont have option to give Zero. They dont know how to communicate , if you check the data this company has more resignation than the hires on daily basis, they know to be as a Customer Care but there representative dont know how to speak in proper English.

As per my experience I reached at there around 1 pm and told we will arrange your caption call in 1 hours after breffing.Till 05.30 no response. Told to everyone do partice. We done partice all things.....But not arrange caption call round ....Hr not have knowledge specially Mehar Dandiya I told when u arrange my caption round and told me where r u I forget it.After that not response.I will not suggest this place for work.Not Quality services of HR department.Kindly try to improve. They are late and not so good at decision making process, they took my interview for almost 7 to 8 times, but they can not find that i am suitable for their company or not .I think they need to be more fast and specific.

Very easy requirement process, even a 12th pass guy/girl can easily crack the interview for the going on processes. Salary is always on time, by this I mean to say on the first day of the month. HR department is not that supporting after this organization is turned to Teleperformance from Intelenet. Cab facility is not there, girls can stay in office premises only till 8 pm but the organization works 24×7.

Better work experience , friendly environment , supportive management , excellent carrier opportunities! Overall great place to work.

Im currently working here from around a month. Nice place for a working in a bpo sector ! People are friendly and supportive here. Working atmosphere is also great. Once you get hired you will get a training for about a month then you will be on floor for the work ! infrastructure is good. Canteen facility is available.

Good place to start

Teleperformance is the only company in Mohali having some brand in it, all others are just not that good. The only thing here not good is salary they are offering, the salary package is below average and another drawback is that they dont provide cab facility to male employees, either free or paid
