Its situated on lower ground floor of North country mall i.e now VR punjab. Its very big and you can get almost everything here.the staff is very helping. They always keep changing the location of their material so whenever we visit next time to this place. So simetimes It makes difficult everyone to search right thing. Reliance market is closed from long time due to Farmers protest in Punjab. I have been there quite a few times when it was open. Most of the people from Kharar Mohali buys their grocery items for the whole month as they give discount on almost every item. It was like one store for grocery items, gym items, home decor, fruits and vegetables, clothes section for kids, gents and ladies.

It was a nice experience. the staff was following the COVID-19 rules and regulations properly .

Pays off parking for all customers 7 days a week on purchase above 100.It is s great dealer store having almost everything including, groceries, clothings and shoes, Manchesters, electronics, crockery as well as bakery products at very reasonable prices.

I bought discounted can of 5 litre gagan , which came out to be 3 kg only when checked at home. I hadnt checked in the store that it was seal open properly and quantity was less

We always buy alot of ration stuff from reliance. We went VR Punjab mall and been visiting there for more than 4 years.

Reliance market as the name says is a complete market itself. It is situated in VR Punjab mall earlier NCM. Aple parking space is there. Services are good. You can buy anything related to clothes, shoes, grocery, garment items for all age groups, fruit, vegetables, electrical and electronic items, kitchen items, bed sheets, daily use items. There are great discount on most of the items in every section. It doesnt matter if you are buying single or more items. Prices are cheapest in tricity. Only issue is at billing counters during weekend and peak hours, long queues are there. So avoid these timings.

Every aisle was a mess. Price tags were missing.

Very poorly managed store. I generally visit the store on weekends and there are long queues on the counters. Average waiting time is 90 minutes to 120 minutes. They run only half of the counters. If you ask the manager to increase the manpower to clear the queues, the standard answer is people are coming soon and they never come.....Not sure if it is part of their job to plan the required manpower for weekends considering weekends are expected to be busier than normal days....if yes then expect them to do a better job. Customers waiting in the queues for 2 hours to pay money is not a right way to engage them. Please do something before we start looking for some customer friendly options.

On time billing is big challenge.Average waiting time on line is around 30 mins on Sunday peak hours due improper management.Suggestion is to not go on Sunday due to poor billing handling and high waiting time.Billing of a particular line can stop anytime leading very high waiting.Today only 3 customers were in front me in billing que and took 1 hr for my number. Average time per customer came out 20 mins for my line as system went down.

A one stop supermarket in the VR Punjab on G -1 floor for almost all house hold needs. Just opposite to premium parking area. Adharit to Super 99 store and opposite to Home Centre. Huge variety of grocery available at competitive prices. Fresh vegetables and fruits available along with sufficient variety of dairy and friend products. Electronic section is also good. Clothing, stationery and bag section have really wonderful deals. The superstar is very crowded on weekends and one has to wait for long killing queues. Recommended to shop on weekdays. Everything is available ona good discount on MRP. Shopping on membership card only. In house Bakery is something special to have fresh fast food during long shopping hours. Variety of bread and pastries is attractive. All in all a really good family for hone shopping specially kitchen needs.

Worst management and service,Staff has rude behaviour and humiliate by putting allegations on customers . They dont display correct rates and later blame that customers are lying regarding rates. I purchased apple of rs.75 per/kg. Which was not accepted by staff during tagging , and I was being forced to buy those apples at rs119 perkg to which I denied and had to face an arrogant behaviour of staff members. Thats pathetic and disgusting. If such illeterate ppl are employed then its better to close such stores. They deserve a 0 grading.

You will get everything cheaper hete as compared to any market and retail store. But long queue during billing is quite headache. In evening time it will take AVG 40-50 mins for billing. So prefer to come in morning time

I purchased a refrigerator on 27th july 17 and they promised me to to deliver it today i.e. 28th july by 11:00 AM . I called today to know about the delivery and now they are saying that they dont have any vehichle to deliver and i have to wait till evening and for that also they are not sure.The overall attitude was very unprofessional and the whole experience was like iam purchasing good from local market.

Got cheated twice. Bought a combo pair of two CFL and Nivea sunscreen. Couldnt check the packets as my toddler daughter was keeping me busy. On reaching home I found one of the CFL missing from the packing and the sunscreen bottle was half empty.So in my opinion shop there if you want but double check everything before buying.
