Paradise for food lovers. Authentic BIKANERWALA food. Quality of food is wonderful. Fresh and hot food served here. Packed food is also awesome like khakhra, petha, namkeens - all are incredible. Fresh cakes, pastries, south indians and snacks. Friendly staff. They even click pics for you. Well managed restaurant. Excellent Hygiene. Very good service and support by staff. Restrooms available. Enough parking in front.

A decent place to hangout for quick snacks and small Get together

We were craving for some chaat and we saw this stores option on Swiggy. Classic example when u go wrong about mehnga hai to sahi wala soch.We spent 600 INR to get stale food. Unfortunately I was involved in calls and chats with the delivery partners that I forgot to take photos. Our orders screenshot is added. The chana mix for panipuri was stale and luckily they sent only one plate instead of 2 got the refund for one plate from Swiggy. The aloo tikki was ok but for 90 bucks and additional taxes and charges I am not satisfied. The raj kachori was disappointing. The pav bhaji was ok compared to what is served around the area still expensive for the taste. The samosas were wierd didnt understand them at all too much garam masala. Unforgiving experience!!! I am not sure if I can build the courage to order from here again. God bless and hope they maintain the quality of the food.

Very good restaurants but service is very slow. I would recommend if you are going for south indian then call them in advance (atleast a hour - Tawa garm ni hota inka) so that u dont have to wait there in restaurant.

Bikaner vala is a big brand,but there kitchen staff is a very below mind..

Tried breakfast menu, it was ok. Sitting area was neat & clean. Bathroom could have better hygiene. Prices were very genuine, though curd was frozen may it was not that fresh. Service was also good. No regrets going there because you dont have many such breakfast option in this area.

Food quality is good but the service is too slow. Had to wait for 30mins and finally cancelled the order when it was not at all ready even after 30minsWent again on 30th July and again the same thing, slow service and we ordered aalu tikki. It was totally cold from outside as well as inside.Removing 2 star no from 3 to 1

Very unprofessional and lazy staff. Usually there isn’t someone at the counter to accept orders and one has to wait for around 5 to 10 minutes just to order. On our second visit we ordered tea after lunch, after waiting for full 15 minutes just for tea when I went to the counter to inquire I was told that they forgot the order. Took my refund and came back. Staff at the counter seems uneducated. Washrooms very dirty without any soap. Tap out of order. Food quality ok but quality very small. Doesn’t have a class of Bikanervala. Better try some different place.

Bikanerwala is the best restaurant in town to have light snacks and sweets. The Cannaught plaza centre has various varieties. The staff is very polite and the manager is very helpful. I am happy to see the kind of service provided at Mohali store.

The restaurant is good no doubt..... But thein system of disposable utensils system is ridiculous... One goes in such a brand for good dining experience and they serve us is single use plastic utensils which is also nearly banned in whole of our country....

I visited in August with my son in evening but it was not as clean and hygienic as it was used to earlier.

Food preparation is remarkable and the food quality is amazing. The menu items are pleasing to heart. Overall nice place for adorable hangouts.

Worst experience ever!Purchased dry fruits from Bikanervala and found them to be full of maggots. Its really disappointing and horrible, specially when brand like Bikanervala sells such poor quality products.

When I entered into the restaurant I find it very peaceful and cosy but nobody attended me and took my order. Nobody was at the counter either. Waiters were careless and service was very low class. Very expensive and quantity was not upto the money value.

I purchased one plate spring roll from 189 rupees , when i opened it at home i found 6 small pieces inside which is equivalent to only one spring roll if you get it from anywherever outside Bikanervala.It was not worth against even 50 rupees..I am living in tricity since long but never seen this unfair.👎

They care more bout service to banquet hall attached to it even if the dine in customer keep on waiting for order. We ordered gazar halwa yesterday at about 330 o’clock through Swiggy and was delivered to me at about 355 o’clock.The halwa found when tasted given bad taste and foul smell.The contact no given on website is permanently switched off.So I m bringing this to the notice of Swiggy and Bikanerwala sector 74A Mohali.Please refund my money and take back the bad taste halwa

Best place to ruin your meal. Paneer in menu is turned into aloo in the thali. If you try to review them in their reviewing device then their software doesnt let you give a negative review. The food served even the dal is stored in frozen blocks. Pooris are micro sized with radius barely 2cm. Mosquitoes might drop into your plate any moment. AC does not cool at all. Might be a stunt so that you buy cold drinks. For them pulao = upma. To sum it all oonche naam phike pakwaan

Opened at TDI Residency Mohali, BIKANERVALA is a good option.Loved the ambience .. Ordered Tandoori platter and Deluxe Thali. The portion size of both the items is great. Coming to the price its bit on the expensive side... Overall a nice place to hangout.

Their food is tasty and services are also good with trained staff although a bit expensive.My reason of not giving five stars is the disposable utensils they use. They should be more eco friendly being a big brand name. Please stop using these cheap plastic things, instead use steel,copper or glass utensils. Please contribute towards green earth and healthy environment.

Totally unprofessional staff, the “Manager” called me to the store as they were not having any facility for online ordering. I went to the store and then they refused by saying that we are not having the ordered item. On saying that I have come only after your Manager confirmed the same, the Manager arrogantly replied that I have not confirmed the availability.....useless fellow.....not recommended at all
